I think you should be a little be more patient. We are currently in the plain middle of the summer, when most people are on vacations. So you shouldn't expect the issue being solved within few days if they've said in their last update that "we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution". IMO we'll need to wait several more weeks, certainly till the beginning of september.

Maybe, but what makes me suspicions is the fact that the number of Premium Membership Level Days is frozen since few weeks. This is a clear sign to me that this premium feature is going to die in one or another way, or for what reason should this happen?
And what about the customers discussing here how long a deposit should take to be credited? I can not understand why someone would like to deposit something at FBC under this circumstances.

I don't know to be honest, but if they think the premium membership program costs too much money for them why they don't just lower the prizes of the WOF or lower the probabilities of the rewards like they've already done before? They could also change the price of each premium membership level or the duration between steps. They could also lower the APYs of the locked investment plans. They could do many things instead of suspending or halting the premium membership program actually.
Redarding deposits when I made a deposit 3 week ago it has been very quickly and smoothly credited to my balance.

They do not think to suspend or stop the premium program, because letters are still coming to the mail asking to buy premium acanthus and receive 16 WOF. And sometimes the same banner hangs on the site itself.
But for those who have a premium account, this premium account is really stopped. It is very fair of them to stop charging WOF for premium while at the same time encouraging people to buy premium accounts. Well, they have no conscience at all. The other idea would be that in order to fix a problem they have to halt or disconnect the process in some way.   Hopefully thats it, I get the other take but I dont see that spins are the burden as such.  If spins was a great point then it'd effect the free spins given out both on the email promotion and the notify enable daily spin.  I reckon its the workings, programmers arent cheap.

I know someone who went to University computer science etc., great debt, usual story but qualified as SAP certified which I know from my family is a big deal for gigantic database work etc, government or national level records.   Anyhow they did so well in that field, they have no debt just a few years later;  I figure to service a big database is not cheap work.   That has to be the sticking point for it all.

I don't think they made "any" announcement, let alone a big announcement regarding suspending the WoF spins or the premium membership program.
To be honest, I am quite shocked to see that you have locked up your FUN tokens for 360 days considering the situation with freebico.in.
We have been seeing issues since a few months now which is enough reason why we shouldn't be holding any FUN tokens or at least locking them up anymore.

That's right it's crazy, putting money for 1 year without getting any benefits, but it seems that the WoF issue also occurs to users who want to exchange RP to WoF, where today I tried to exchange it to get 1 WoF and usually it will be directed to a new window, but waiting more than 1 minute it didn't happen, and my RP has decreased, so this issue is very bad for the reputation of freebitcoin, they must solve it immediately, and hopefully you can get the benefits in the form of wof soon because this issue is being investigated as clarified by freebitcoin the post above me.

There are several issues on Freebitco since last few months. Users have faced the same issue before. But they had received the WOF spins after a few days when Freebitco team resolved the problem. I think there is an option to unlock the FUN tokens by sending an email to the support. As the 'freebitco.in PR' has said above, all the users will receive the missing WOF. But I think we will always see such issues on Freebitco continuously in the future.

What do you mean? You mean they are quicker for posting updates on Twitter than on this thread? For me it's completely OK, 7hours before or after doesn't make a big difference for me. And it's the same thing for many other companies IMO they prioritize Twitter over other social medias and channels, because more people follow this media, and because it's simple and fast to post a communication there. Anyway that's a good news for premium members waiting since several weeks for those WOF spins to be credited.

If they publish the announcement on Twitter they are far more likely to respect it IMO because lots of people will spam their twitter account asking when it will be done if they take too much time for fixing it now. So we have the right to be rather optimistic regarding this issue now IMO. I guess it's a matter of days or a couple of week otherwise they wouldn't make such announcement. I wouldn't bet they will instantly updates the WOF balance of every premium members at the same time though, because too many people are likely to claim them all together otherwise. So they might spread it over several days IMO.

What investigation ? Enough lying. You lured people into buying premium accounts with large and frequent rewards in WOF, and then you cut these rewards, and now the big rewards fall out once a year. And now you have completely stopped counting WOF.

This is not the transparency we were hoping for. The statement is vague and is pretty much the same thing that the CSFBC account said last month. The WOF spins had actually resumed for a few days. Did this feature somehow break again or was it paused intentionally? I feel like there is deeper problems that are not being disclosed. Whatever issues there may be, they need to be fixed ASAP. The longer this drags on without clarity, the harder it will be for people to trust this site again.

Yes, it's good that the Freebitcoin team has reacted to this issue in some way and reached out to the community. Overall, it doesn't matter where they published it first, although it's worth noting that their Twitter(X) account covers a tiny part of their audience. Their most recent tweets are only viewed an average of 4-5k times each.
