I've got the village idiot on ignore but I guess he's got his tin foil hat on again. We're not based in the US and in the US regulators own words their jurisdiction only extends to sites that 'operate mostly within the US'.

You've got it right in that reducing the house edge would mean removing something else. We're happy we have the balance correct at the moment and will not be changing that.

You've got it right in that reducing the house edge would mean removing something else. We're happy we have the balance correct at the moment and will not be changing that.

I support this. The site is working perfectly and there are thousands and thousands of satisfied customers, and changing anything in this situation would be a mistake imo. It's the new appearing sites who have to try with different approaches changing them constantly until they come up with something which satisfy many users. We actually increased referral commission rates from 0.25% to 0.40% of wagered amount recently. We certainly have no plans to reduce it and I think that if we did it would be unfair to those that have already invested in advertising us.

We're constantly working on better ways to combat the cheats and simply having a second person dealing with it is already yielding some good results.

I agree. It's like reducing the prices of meals in a well established expensive restaurant at the expense of food quality. Nobody does that, although it may seem like lowering the prices can attract more customers.

It's extremely hard to find a good working business model. And once you've found it, you shouldn't make critical changes while it works perfectly.
