He could be hedging is my first thought, gaining a bonus elsewhere for high revenue etc.  Odds can be uneven for the same event, which is potential arbitrage.

I dont ask for much, I just want to be the person who referred such a big high roller.   This has to be the advantage to reviewing sites or running a directory linking sites that you can refer people commonly who are looking to bet on any of the sections offered.   Sports bets has to draw in quite a few people surely.

I think the dude is a good example of "the rich keeps getting richer, while the poor is struggling to become rich", the dude in question has the money and the money is working for him, this is what I see and can say.

We all know that the game model on freebitco somehow seems to favor the rich boys, far more than it favors the shrimp players, so, what I see here is that, the dude is using his money to buy every winning position, we can see it clearly with all those number of tickets he holds, with freebitco's game model, there is no way you hold the higheest number of golden tickets and you don't win the lambo, there is also no way you hold the highest number of lottery tickets and you don't win the weekly lottery, even if it's not the first or second position, holding the highest number of lottery tickets guarantees that you will surely win one out of the ten available positions.

And on the other hand as well, the user in question might also be that he is either a freebitco insider, or part of the freebitco team.

He is doing for the prizes or gambling but as he is doing its really amazing because wagering 199 bitcoins have never been easy job for anyone with as we have recently many problems on this site still members are taking risk and depositing and withdrawing big amounts which are clearly indicating things are not worst as we are having here its just few which are facing and mostly are having all is right.

I had some Fun tokens that I decided to withdraw from the freebitco.in site to my erc20 wallet. The estimate time was ~1hr its been a couple of days now and I have yet to receive my FUN tokens. Yep, the user has won the Lamborghini from the 10th round. He is indeed a whale at Freebitco. The same user had 32k+ tickets during the 8th round of Lambo draw. Any news or updates regards the case involving the contest winners who had their accounts maliciously invaded by noxious scripts and their funds drained to unknown wallets? How is it going or have ended after all? It has been already some days since everyone got suddenly silenced about that.

It's important to have a clarification about the current status of this situation, so we can know if the site is taking any measures in order to prevent the same happening again futurely, while also explaining what has really happened, and if it's the case, refunding the prejudiced users as well.
