They slowly ditching Freebitco.in and focus their announcement about their Dplay branch casino that is an indication for change of priorities. The casino still has some persistent issue about withdrawal that they keep solving.

I find they promote Dplay periodically in this thread, so it's probably true that there's a change in priorities going on despite the fact that freebitcoin's support team is still helping out with its customers' problems. Personally I didn't expect freebitcoin to be abandoned and the team to change its priorities in building a new casino branch, but after a few months have passed it seems like their problems have not been completely resolved.

I don't know, as a former participant in the signature campaign, I still hope that freebitcoin will be fine. They should go back to building their reputation and improve it instead of abandoning it and changing their priorities, that's my hope for freebitcoin.

They can't leave people just like that behind. There are issues happening and people need solution also answer to the question about what's really happening to them. If they want to leave this casino then maybe better to have graceful exit since if they act just like that then promote a new casino then nothing will happen to their new promoted brand since it might still negative reputation due to whatever things they have that to their old casino.

So sad they just let their old long time running casino left behind just like that. If they could just continue to operate this business since for sure that there's still lots of people gamble in this casino for sure their next casino released might be supported well by their existing patrons.

The have resolved lots of issues lately but I'm not impressed with their handling of the entire thing. It does reflect so well on the reputation of this platform. I was expecting that all issues would have been resolved by now and the platform running smoothly like other big casinos but for more than a month they could not fix simple issue like this even after bringing in new hands into the team. I am just worried that such a pioneer casino will be having such a challenge that have defied solution and my earnest expectation is that this will not lead to the end of the platform because their reputation have greatly reduced.

As I understand the way this casino sportsbook works. The odds varies depending on the final bet made on that specific match or that odds lock in the moment you placed a bet even other players made a bet on that exact match?

Though you guys are doing your best behind the wheels but If I was to be in charge of the reps department of freebitcoin casino for the time being I'll suspend every form of promotions of this kind in the ANN thread till every lingering and recurring issues has been sufficiently settled before anything else. Because throwing out promotions in the midst of recurrent complains on same issues or related may be sending a different message to the users that the casino is not genuinely interested in resolving and finding lasting solutions as it affects them but are just still sticking around for the profits.

I have to say it does seem very strange you would post here out of the blue with another promotion (referral) when you have chosen to not use the opportunity to make any comment about the state of play with the freebitco.in website. Allegations of members not being able to login should be addressed whether to accept/refute their claims.

How is the backlog of emails and tickets now? Has there been any new setback after the previous posts about things improving?

I see you are brand new on this forum, and this is your first post on this forum as well as this thread, sorry though but you can't get help here either, freebitco is currently facing issues with alot of customers and their representatives on this forum are no where to be found for several weeks or months now, the casino seems to be currently running on auto-pilot because there are no customer service any where to assist users with their issues, both on the site and on this forum.

So, what I advice is, if you don't have a balance on your FB account, simply forget about this and move on, find some other reputable casino and play there for now.
But if you have a balance, there is also nothing you or anyone can do for now if you can't access your account, simply continue to try and let's hope that the management behind this casino will break out of their shell soon.

If they still care on their reputation then I guess they won't come to the point like this where to many people got discourage to gamble again in their casino. Also for sure they already address those issue if they still care about people here. But I guess they already drop all people here and just think about continue to post their promotion just to shift the attention of people. Maybe they hope that the issue will get buried by promotional post they made in their thread.

But guess they can't eliminate the doubts of people and even by now to many people talk about their current issue also the potential that this casino will turn as scam which I think its already happening. Well, it seems like they don't really care about the inquiries and the problems of different users of their platform right now.
They're focusing more on advertising it rather than solving the customers' problems which is very embarrassing especially if you're one of those customers that currently experiencing a problem with their website.

I guess the best thing that we can do right now is to just educate those newcomers to at least avoid this casino/website, and find another one. I'm still hoping that the backlogs of email and tickets will be solved in the future (that if they're focusing on that one for now), but I will not be surprised if Freebitcoin will shut down and will focus on DPlay (their new casino).

There is a major issue with Freebitco.in and the Fun token. Although the total locked Fun coin amount appears to be 5,144,920,115, the amount in the Freebitco.in hold wallet is only 1,820,537,139 and is constantly decreasing. This is because while people are buying Fun coins through Freebitco.in, they are also selling their Fun coins at the same time. When I asked the Fun coin account about this on Twitter, they blocked me.
