• The cold storage wallet is still not officially disclosed, but a community member found this multichain portfolio, whose bitcoins didn't have much movement for ~a year until a couple of days ago. A good portion of the BTCs seem to have been converted to interest bearing ETH. (Is it an investment play? Are they risking our deposits? By you not knowing where to get your ID, do you mean to say that you can't or dont even remember your login ID?, that is; ID you used to login?
If this be the case, have you tried using the "forget password" feature? If you have an email address linked to your account, you should simply enter the email address in the next screen after clicking the "forget password" button, then solve the captcha and click the "reset password" button, you should recieve a new email address with either a new password, which you can change later, or a link to set a new password, and afterwards, you can login with your email and your new password.

I hope this helps though, since there are possibly no customer care to help.

Why should I troll if I am not granted access to my money? I haven't been able to log in for days, I also already wrote CSFBC who said that he takes care of these problems. He wrote in the forum that the problems are fixed, mine still not. I sent him a message and he said he would look at my request and answer within 24 hours, unfortunately this still has not happened. The have resolved lots of issues lately but I'm not impressed with their handling of the entire thing. It does reflect so well on the reputation of this platform. I was expecting that all issues would have been resolved by now and the platform running smoothly like other big casinos but for more than a month they could not fix simple issue like this even after bringing in new hands into the team.
