I received no email from them on September 7. Been a user since 2016

Promotional emails, theres some every day and you can sign up for them.  Theres a free daily spin to do so and another spin for agreeing to notify on the site itself.

So his point they advertise something and then dont provide it.   Really a fair complaint but not the first time I've seen this either.  I made the same complaint to a bank offering a service at a price then when you try to use that service the actual account was a different price.  I pointed out their advertising and they got no interest in this, thats a different department.  Very unfair but not exclusive to this site, happens alot with offers etc. especially online.

Not saying anyone is wrong, its missing but not the first time I've seen stuff like that.  I will paraphrase Hanlons razors which is roughly: never suspect malice before incompetence.  Its been said to be the best description of government failure.   I wouldnt especially go into any organized theory why its broke, it just needs to fixed and it'd be dull not to so.

Given it is now 44 days since the daily allocation of WOFs for holding FUN stopped, we must assume no-one is "working on it" and they have simply decided to not give it any more. You therefore need to look at any remaining advantages of holding and locking FUN based solely on that token's performance.

I'm signed up for the promo emails, as I always have been. I only get two or three a week now. In the past it was 2 or 3 every day. I don't get the daily push notification spin anymore either.

I think you should be a little be more patient. We are currently in the plain middle of the summer, when most people are on vacations. So you shouldn't expect the issue being solved within few days if they've said in their last update that "we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution". IMO we'll need to wait several more weeks, certainly till the beginning of september.

Maybe, but what makes me suspicions is the fact that the number of Premium Membership Level Days is frozen since few weeks. This is a clear sign to me that this premium feature is going to die in one or another way, or for what reason should this happen?
And what about the customers discussing here how long a deposit should take to be credited? I can not understand why someone would like to deposit something at FBC under this circumstances.

Legal action would be a big waste of time and money. Nobody really knows who FBC are anyway, it's two guys, who are from the UK, but the domain itself has privacy enabled. You would need a subopena just to get details from cloudflare (where the domain is pointing to), just to try to get some personal details of the owners. But who knows, they have probably covered their tracks well, maybe use TOR, VPNs, proxies and there would be many hurdles to jump through to eventually get the personal details of Wetsuit, Quinn and whoever else manages the site.
Based on the new terms of Freebitco, the website is owned and operated by "FBC BV". Perhaps, they have registered a licence under Curacao (I'm not sure about this yet).

The biggest issue are the costs involved in such endeavor. For those who are concerned about their funds, it's advisable that they just withdraw all their money from the platform as soon as possible and forget about the premium bullshit.

There are times when it pays to cut losses and avoid falling into the sunk ship fallacy.

The trend of the token is clear, to continue to fall until it is worth 0, as happens in general with most tokens and shitcoins. And even more so with the FBI situation. I in your situation I guess I would have done the same, cut losses and recover what I can before losing everything.

Did you have any problems with the withdrawal or did everything go smoothly?

Back in 2021 I referred to investments in FUN as being a sunk cost. The token had gone down 90% in value, yet some people still had the illusion that the price could go back up and thought that buying it at a cheap price was a good idea.

Don’t stay on a sinking ship: Just because you’ve sunk costs into a project doesn’t mean you have to go down with the ship. I suppose far too many people do not know when to cut their losses to at least end up with something (no matter how small) as it will always be better than having nothing...

From my personal experience, I have seen bitcoin falling so hard that it makes us believe it is going down to zero but then the reversal comes in.
So bitcoin has some people so adamant that they hold on to their "sinking ship" believing that the reversal will come soon and their ship will be back on track.
But the hard truth is that it doesn't happen with altcoins. Bitcoin is truly an exception...

If you look closely, the fallacy is based on maintaining the investment only because you have already lost money (or time). In the case of Bitcoin it is not only that. If it goes down 80%, we know that many times it has done so and recovered, that it has a high volatility, that it is the only asset with a total limit to its production, and a reduction of supply every 4 years, etc.

I too invested early on in the tokens, which have been the only tokens I have bought but I got out early, losing little. If we look at the graph, the tokens had a spike when they were created, started their trend at 0, like all of them, and had a second spike when FBI announced it was adopting them for its site. After a while the trend to 0 started again.

The case of these tokens is completely different from buying Bitcoin.

Well, I don't think you should be so hard on yourself, you should not call or regard yourself as a fool simply because of some decision mistake you made which no one is above of making, not just you but every one of us all trusted and believed in freebitco due to their long standing and contribution to the growth and wide spread of bitcoin and crypto in general, we all believed they will be here and operating normally for a very long time to come, and you know, when every one is wrong, then no body is a fool, no one saw this version of freebitco coming, or even envisioned it for the future.

So, perhaps, just accept your loss and move on, I also bought alot of fun tokens which I held onto believing the price would rise, but unfortunately, the price kept declining and when I saw that, I had to sell it off at more than over 80 percent loss, so you see you are not the only one who have made bad decisions here..

To me it was enough, because I just wanted to get familiar with the modus operandi.

As for present situation, I wait and see, because they said that they are professionals.

Maybe Freebitco's registers of WoFs aren't good enough to see their story, maybe they are working on it, maybe there is a creative accounting discussion about comissions and levels of responsability of FUN Token's side and Freebitco's side. Whatever.

I think everyone who has invested in FUN tokens for those who understand the risks certainly will not complain about anything, because whatever it is is part of your own decision so why complain just because the price keeps going down, I think there are quite a few people who buy this token but they prefer to hold it or stay out there and it should be anyone who experiences a big loss is part of the risk that must be accepted because there is no coercion for us to buy it.  Wink

Well, it would be possible to turn a blind eye to the fall and just keep silent, because really all tokens and coins lose a lot in value, but the point here is that I do not receive WOF for a premium account. It was possible to partially compensate for my losses at the expense of WOF, but they just stopped counting them

Yeah, they gives zero fucks on this issue, zero respect to their customers. As said in other thread, that's not such big issue that it would take months to fix and even for beginner programmer it probably wouldn't be so difficult to fix. Simply, they don't give a shit about it.
Don't blame yourself for buying FUN tokens, back in the day it didn't looked like bad decision and there was no red flags. And now there is thousands of people like you and me who are on the same boat.

How much FUN token did you buy ? and i hope you still have major portion of your crypto portfolio in Bitcoin. If not, then you are responsible for your loss.

I do not understand why people do not understand that all investments in altcoins are risky and therefore one should only invest a very little parts in altcoins and keep major portion of their wealth in bitcoin. Even if freebitco site had no problems and FUN token price have no dump much, still a lot of or all investment in FUN token or any other token is not recommended.

Rest i understand the frustration for the FUN token holders who were willing to hold the FUN token in this bear market to get profits in bull season, their dreams seems to be dying away.

Well, it would be possible to turn a blind eye to the fall and just keep silent, because really all tokens and coins lose a lot in value, but the point here is that I do not receive WOF for a premium account. It was possible to partially compensate for my losses at the expense of WOF, but they just stopped counting them

There’s already multiple red flag in this casino which they failed to address in the past. Don’t expect something better on this casino until they improved their communication and customer support.

You will just keep being disappointed if you rely too much on their free spin that selectively giving only to some member. This casino will keep doing this as long as there’s still user that keep playing on the casino despite of the issue arising. Just invest somewhere else your money like buying Bitcoin instead of holding their shitcoin with inconsistent reward.

This casino become mediocre starting when thequin become silent.

Hello everyone!
All August there were big problems with entering and exiting FBC. Exiting the site does not work at all. And by September these problems increased many times! Despite this, I managed to withdraw btc from the site (slow withdrawal option). I have not been on the forum for many years, I am very upset that FBC is most likely starting to have irreversible problems. Maybe not everything is so bad, but now it looks like a risk ... I am glad that I managed to withdraw btc. I did not buy FUN tokens. I do not speak English, perhaps not everything is translated correctly. I continue to sadly watch FBC, it was a good time ... I wish everyone good luck and rational decisions!

Support simply ignores further. They don't care about people who don't get their WOFs for a premium account. No words that they are sorry and that we will fix everything soon... They are just silent. What a fool I am for spending my BTC on buying FUN. I lost 100 times more than if I just kept my BTC

The longer it goes on, the more I suspect it's less of a technical issue and more of a business model issue.  FUN price is simply too low to justify the benefits conferred.  My guess is they're trying to come up with a "palatable" way to reduce the benefits that will still feel acceptable in the eyes of Premium users.

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum. This is the first place I found that might have a gliimer of hope resolving the issue I am having with the freebitco.in site. I am a premium member with locked funtoken. I am currenly not able to acces the site. Eveytime I submit to reset password I am immediatley sent an expired link. I've tried dozens of times at least. I have submitted two tickets by email with no response for over a month. Has anyone had any luck resolving issues here or can point me in the right direction?

Any assistance would be greatly appriciated.

I think these are not technical problems at all, it is a simple reluctance to give money to users. The whole question is money, or how you write in the business model. They obviously realized that it is not very profitable for them... I am simply surprised that letters come to the mail in which they urge to buy a premium account in order to receive up to 16 WOF. They really abuse the users

- "Immediatly " is new on what I have read.

Ask someone to who you can trust the email to do the request for you and inform if the result was the same.
