FBC are banned in Australia, Germany and some other countries. I believe Netherlands is one of them, I also believe just a few days ago Italy banned their website.

These countries may have issued large fines, hence the legal troubles, not to mention FBC are losing part of their customer base from these countries.

It's very strange to show how many deposits have been credited without returning the funds to users.
It turns out they essentially have the funds, but they don't want to pay them out.

It’s not strange since there’s already a red flag about this casino for more than a year since it’s obvious that they will do this kind of exit scam.

The real strange behavior is from those user that keep depositing without doing any further research and still doesn’t realize the risk they are taking for depositing their money.

They already renewed their domain registration but still nothing change about their pending withdrawal.

If the registration of their URL have been renewed, then I assume we are here for a long ride ... Of people getting scammed.
It seems they have realized they can perpetuate this devious operation of them in the long term with little or no accountability.

Also, I won't even know why they would transfer all those bitcoins to Binance, as Binance is supposed to freeze any asset which does not belong to them. Unless Binance does not even care or know about what is going on with this casino.

As far as I know, Freebitco is in some kind of legal trouble, there was some news posted about that in this thread. If Freebitco.in is in trouble, then Binance, which is an exchange, might be in trouble too if it doesn't control what kind of money it receives. Binance has been in trouble too many times and it can't afford being in trouble for the second time if it wants to remain number one currency. It should logically be very risky for Freebitco to deposit money on Binance too. To this day, I still don't understand what's going on with Freebitco.

To be fair Binance WAS in trouble, CZ got literally jailed because of it and they had to pay a 4 billion dollar fine for it and CZ had to step down and never took his place back even after getting out of the jail. So yeah, when you are doing this business, you have to make sure that you are doing a fine job without worrying about it that much.

I personally believe that the best we can do in this case would be asking legal opinion of lawyers to make sure you are on the right track. Whatever freebitco.in did, the biggest trouble they have is not talking to people. They have stopped talking to people WHILE not paying them the withdrawals, which is %100 directly a scam. If they did wait it out, and explained what's wrong, then as long as they were chatting here, we would understand waiting.

that's actually good, as they must have been KYCed on binance. so if the lazy authorities ever get on to this, they are just one legal request away from identifying who's behind this shitshow.

That would be good and make easy to track them down, indeed, assuming they did not planned all the move of this exist scam carefully. There is always the chance they got some way to buy KYC information or bought a verified account to mess with, which does not have any actual information related to the administration of Freebitcoin. When people like this have millions of dollars, they can find a way to skip KYC and move their money around popular exchanges, though, Binance should notice something off is going on when comes to all the suden volume associated to a single account.
If they wanted, they could put a stop to all of this, but they are probably busy with other things.

This was questioned some time ago by a user, and LoyceV has maintained that position for years. At first glance, I wasn't convinced by the argument, but then, faced with the evidence, I had to change my opinion. If you look at the Big Wins at FBC thread and start counting the people who report those wins, there is too great a disparity between those who reported the first and second prizes.

From what I've read, and experienced myself a few times (many years ago): their "fraucet" freerolls sometimes got "stuck", and after reloading the server seed was replaced. I can only assume that's the moment you should have won.

So I think that many users have already stopped using the site, but at the same time, there are still several users who make deposits on the site despite the warnings posted in this thread. Other online casino are also banned on that region that you mentioned due to their license which is from Curacao or Anjouan(forgot which one) so I doubt this is the real reason. Why does country that you mentioned selectively choose FBC while other casino is also operating with same license.

LuckyBird is one of them that's still running. I also just confirmed that their PF system is still fake. In fact, I reverse engineered their PF system to find HOW it works, which is very creative, to be honest. The long story short since I know most here aren't tech-minded is, let's say they hash this:

clientSeed + serverSeed + nonce

What LuckyBird is actually doing is changing these up a bit depending on what they want you to roll, so for some, it IS CS+SS+Nonce. For others it's like this:

serverSeed + clientSeed + nonce
clientSeed + nonce + serverSeed
nonce + clientSeed + serverSeed
nonce - clientSeed : serverSeed
clientSeed + nonce - serverSeed

And so on. This gives them a whole slew of different options for a single bet and doesn't require them to change the nonce or seeds. If you do a small run there, say 10 bets, you'll see that they are all hashed using different methods of the above. So if CS+SS+Nonce would have been a win in a large amount but CS-SS:Nonce would have been a loss, that's the one they use instead.

I'm wondering if FBTC isn't doing something similar, but I haven't messed with their site in a long time.

Also, in terms of LB, I'm not even posting this as a request for people to trust me. It's taught me that if you're playing somewhere, you need to be checking this on your own. Me posting code could lead to "he must have just done this wrong somehow" so it's better for people to do their own tests and see it for themselves. The irony is I've gotten some of the people who run large sites to see the data for themselves and they still write it off as a misunderstanding. I am one of the most active users on this thread and I can tell you that there was never a time this thread became inactive since 2023 (honestly speaking), this thread has always remained on the first page of this board which clearly shows or indicate that forum users are always active and posting here, so you are a bit wrong in this aspect..

But yeah, talk about whether anything positive is happening right now on freebitco?, you are absolutely right, nothing positive is happening on the site but unfortunately, users really can not stop discussing about all the issues they face on the site here on this thread and this is the major reason why the thread have actually remained one of the most active threads on this board..

How freebitco went down is still a mystery to many and this is due to their past reputation, many cant believe the site is done for good and are hear hoping a miracle would happen some day/one of this days.
