There is still enough people depositing to the site that they continue transferring funds to the bc1q8cld3wpwqqtdq3a92fx9gjqag7en4k9wrnjkfe address. Just today they consolidated 1.232 BTC of recent deposits and sent it to that address where we can assume the eventual destination will be Binance, if they follow their usual pattern. Neither Binance nor the domain registrar seem to care about what is happening.

Why the domain registrar and the exchanges like binance  will take any steps when everyone motive is to earn money and they don't give a concern from where the money is coming from.

For example if the freebitcoin is depositing people's money into the exchanges then withdraw it, the changes are more concerned with getting the withdraw fees or other things and I don't think they will going to block the amount or take any steps unless it is very much highlighted on the government level. Sadly the people will be losing the money on this scam site and no one care about it.

Binance has been in trouble too many times and it can't afford being in trouble for the second time if it wants to remain number one currency. It should logically be very risky for Freebitco to deposit money on Binance too. To this day, I still don't understand what's going on with Freebitco.

It’s not strange since there’s already a red flag about this casino for more than a year since it’s obvious that they will do this kind of exit scam.

The real strange behavior is from those user that keep depositing without doing any further research and still doesn’t realize the risk they are taking for depositing their money.

They already renewed their domain registration but still nothing change about their pending withdrawal.

4chan had some legal trouble recently as they wont comply with a national law for UK they might be banned, I think its to do with auditing users or something.  The cookie warning popup plaguing every site originates with the EU and lots of other laws.

And what’s your basis about this assumption? Freebitco.in is free to release an official statement if they have some trouble with the law specifically on the jurisdiction that you mentioned.

They can always fixed it by restricting players from that region since they are already operating for a long time which means they knew exactly how to operate safely.

And what’s your basis about this assumption? Freebitco.in is free to release an official statement if they have some trouble with the law specifically on the jurisdiction that you mentioned.

FBC are banned in Australia, Germany and some other countries. I believe Netherlands is one of them, I also believe just a few days ago Italy banned their website.

These countries may have issued large fines, hence the legal troubles, not to mention FBC are losing part of their customer base from these countries.

To be fair Binance WAS in trouble, CZ got literally jailed because of it and they had to pay a 4 billion dollar fine for it and CZ had to step down and never took his place back even after getting out of the jail. So yeah, when you are doing this business, you have to make sure that you are doing a fine job without worrying about it that much.

I personally believe that the best we can do in this case would be asking legal opinion of lawyers to make sure you are on the right track. Whatever freebitco.in did, the biggest trouble they have is not talking to people. They have stopped talking to people WHILE not paying them the withdrawals, which is %100 directly a scam. If they did wait it out, and explained what's wrong, then as long as they were chatting here, we would understand waiting.

That would be good and make easy to track them down, indeed, assuming they did not planned all the move of this exist scam carefully. There is always the chance they got some way to buy KYC information or bought a verified account to mess with, which does not have any actual information related to the administration of Freebitcoin. When people like this have millions of dollars, they can find a way to skip KYC and move their money around popular exchanges, though, Binance should notice something off is going on when comes to all the suden volume associated to a single account.
If they wanted, they could put a stop to all of this, but they are probably busy with other things.

Which other site are you talking about? Where can I read about some users discovering that the PF system was fake?

This was questioned some time ago by a user, and LoyceV has maintained that position for years. At first glance, I wasn't convinced by the argument, but then, faced with the evidence, I had to change my opinion. If you look at the Big Wins at FBC thread and start counting the people who report those wins, there is too great a disparity between those who reported the first and second prizes.

From what I've read, and experienced myself a few times (many years ago): their "fraucet" freerolls sometimes got "stuck", and after reloading the server seed was replaced. I can only assume that's the moment you should have won.

It should be noted that activity on the site has dropped significantly after various problems began to arise. So I think that many users have already stopped using the site, but at the same time, there are still several users who make deposits on the site despite the warnings posted in this thread. Maybe such users still can't believe that freebitcoin turned into a scam and are still hoping that something will change for the better.
