I believe that everyone who participates in bitcoin projects in investments is just an ordinary person who likes it, but it's the same in this world and it happens that even getting carried away and just living there could be found and people who will not benefit everyone for the benefit of society.

Possesses bitcoin as well as holding a gun  Huh Smiley Huh
http://bitcoinnews.com/cryptocurrencies-gun-crime-canada/

Well if you are owning bitcoin in a country where bitcoin or any other form of cryptocurrency is banned or forbidden. I think then that would be a crime. However if not then you are not breaking any laws and you are just an ordinary citizen who would want or is a trader in the cryptocurrency market. However I still do think that we can still resolve all of this if we can be able to really ramp up our information drive and be able to remove the stigma surrounding the cryptocurrency market

No, owning bitcoin it's not crime. But use bitoin to do some illegal activity is crime.
It is this principle that things are not good or bad. Only people have good or bad points. Illegal income is definitely not acceptable.

Bitcoin is not a weapon, although even if we take the fact that there are hackers who can harm us and our wallets, it is everywhere.

At some point, why is having bitcoin called a crime. Bitcoin ownership is not a form of crime. It doesn't even harm any party. But as citizens of a country, we are subject to the prevailing principles of the state. There may be a country that does not allow bitcoin, to the extent that one shouldn't have it.

I could never think that any currency can be called a crime, but it is used by everyone to whom it does not happen.

Owning BTC cannot be compared to owning a weapon, and guns can still be legally held for self protection. BTC isn't harmful to anyone and cant kill either, so holding it isn't as illegal
Are there any law that prohibits possession or use of bitcoin in your country? As far as I have research, there is none, and there is no single individual penalized in using , accepting or possessing of btc. Bitcoin is not harmful to anyone, remember that it is a currency, and what might be a crime is how and where you are going to use it, the same as for the traditional money.

Of course not, bitcoin is just a cryptocurrency and you do not need a license to have one. Bitcoin is an asset because you are working for it. There is no law that states that owning bitcoin is a crime.

I'm owning bitcoin I do not feel committing a crime as long as people who have bitcoins do not engage in suspicious activities such as illegally selling weapons by using cryptocurrency into their transactions. Those who use the cryptocurrency bitcoin to be their payments for various criminal actions are certainly wrong and have committed a crime.

If the bitcoin is in your own wallet and you make an effort, time and capital just to have it then I don't that you did not commit any crime. But if we steal to others hand their bitcoin, we owning the bitcoin because of theft.
Bitcoin is made for a fast and easy legal transaction but as we can right now, many countries are banning bitcoin because people use it on illegal activities. People have unsatisfactory and greediness that push them to create inhuman activities. The reason behind the ban is not to protect the people from the bad effect that bitcoin may bring but the real reason for me is that, bitcoin will protect to the bad effects that people might bring to it.

BIG WINNER!

Owning bitcoin is definitely not a crime and will never ever be a crime at all. How come that bitcoin will be a crime when bitcoin is not illegal. We all know that this will only be a crime if you are doing illegal things and yet we all know that bitcoin is legal. Yes some countries banned bitcoin in their country but they are not saying that it is illegal. They are just not allowing bitcoin to run in their countries but they not tag bitcoin or having a bitcoin as an illegal or doing crime.

Owning Bitcoin is not considered as a crime, at least not yet. There are some countries which already banned using Bitcoin but they are not able if certain citizen owns Bitcoin. Buying Bitcoin there is much more difficult but if you want to invest large amount of money then you should be easily able to visit another country and buy Bitcoin there. This also applies if some major countries banned Bitcoin. How would they determine who is using it? VPN, Tor, mixing service provide quite good level of anonymity which will make it impossible to identify the suspect.

Owning bitcoin  can't be a crime.  Those some countries are against it because  they really  need time to study  how it works and the technology behind it. Since bitcoin doesn't pose threat in any way so it can't be crime

It depends on the country you are a citizen of, depends on the government and their views and foresight in this area, but I believe that those who go the way of the ban will lose.
