If you are really interested, then I recommend you the Youtube channel of the Waves Platform. There are now many videos on how to program smart contracts for Waves.

For instance, in this video you get an introduction how to create, deploy and use smart contracts on Waves.

But you already have to have programming skills and a basic understanding of design patterns, so that you are able to seriously program a smart contract.

I'm not sure what you mean by higher fees? You are required to pay only 0.003 Waves per order on DEX and it's not a huge fees to pay.

The fees on WAVES platform cost small cents, so I don't call it as an expensive fee.
It's cheap, in my viewpoint.
And, the speed of transaction on WAVES platform is fast enough for their users/ customers.

Waves platform Youtube channel provides some good tutorials to start but I miss some advanced smart contract examples. Has anyone already implemented such a token sale smart contract and can provide me with a sample code (or at least the skeleton)? Maybe there is already one online that I have not found yet. Thanks but I did not want to know what tokens have been created with a smart contract so far but whether there is somehow a tutorial or a code skeleton to create one? Is it possible to see the code for Surge, Surge2 and Moon anywhere? That would help too.
