waves.support i will download the waves keeper. 


So when i do this, the first thing it ask me is to copy and paste my seed?  Or it would not ask me that?  I assume it has to ask me that right?


Then it ask for a new password.  I put this in.  Then when i do this, i go to that site to authenticate waves keeper and thats all right to get airdrop?


Now what about when i turn on my laptop?  Could i access my waves keeper wallet without logging in the password?  I assume no right?  Thus i have to always enter a password to log in or not?  If not, wouldn't that be insecure in that its like leaving your waves wallet out in the open if you just turn on your laptop?

Absolutely correct. You need to enter your seed phrase only once. But have to enter your password every time to switch on your Waves Keeper extention. And once again, it's not wallet. It's extension that lets you to hold your WAVES keys securely while interacting safely with third-party web resources.

What confuses me is if i want to use the waves desktop client which i like, then i have to log into it with my old password.  But with the waves keeper, the new one?

You can use Waves Keeper with web version of our client only. You don't need always use Waves Keeper, it's just the available option. And there are no new and old passwords. There are password for Waves Keeper and password for your account (for a certain browser).

There's no way to recover it without the seed. That's why they have a note when you create a new wallet that you should save your seed in a safe place because it's the only way to recover.

Hello Denreal! There is only one way to restore access to your account, you have to use your seed-phase. Regarding suspicious tokens, I strongly recommend you to study in details every token you want to trade (read description and make your own research via mass medias) or use our forum (https://forum.wavesplatform.com/) for such purpose. WavesPlatform is DEX and anyone can create a token and make airdrop via mass transfer feature. You always have choices (explore and trade, burn or hide). Waves Keeper is like MetaMask for ethereum, some people like to make simple things very complicated.

And what's this list supposed to do for us? You have only listed a few projects with names and the Bitcointalk link, but no explanation why exactly these coins are good. In addition many coins are listed which are actually can be considered as dead because small community, no github commits since months and less activity.
