You should always read the Whitepaper, Dont get attracted to all the animations and pictures, read the content if you find that it actually solves a problem that you are facing, its worth investing in

Here is few factors you should consider while selection of ICO's.

1. Informative Website + Explainer Video
- This is the first thing you need to look for good ICO. Genuine project will come up with nice website design and informative explainer video. Look at the Gladious project website and their explainer video. It helps user to understand project.

2. Prototype
- Well, this is now mandatory by SEC if project is from their country. Working MVP is something which user can test it to know how better product will be. Ex, Experty's MVP before token sale was working nicely.

3. Token Sale
- Token allocation and total token supply is the most important thing one should double check. Apart from that, pre-sale bonus is another considerable factor to look at as high discounted token will be dumped as soon as it lists on exchange.

4. Team Info
- Previous experience and current position of advisor should also be checked. Always one should look at the bio and previous milestone the founder has achieved. Red flags were found for Seele.pro, Credits.

5. Roadmap
- This is something which should be telling future growth. Taking one entire quarter and listing on exchanges within this time frame is not something we look for.

There's still some decent ICO's currently - but as a general strategy - I'd recommend to avoid investing in many projects now...

First of all you should look at the white paper of the project, then look at the team of developers in social media (linkedin) and advisors
Further listing on exchanges and how much money people invested in this project in pre/main sale.

Lately it is very difficult to find a good ICO if we are not careful in choosing it can get ICO which is ultimately fraud.
A lot of time is wasted if you choose ICO that ultimately does not get results, we have to be more careful and not careless to choose a good ICO.
Many ways to choose an ICO project but not always promise to get good.

This market is new. Is there a way to identify a potential ICO for me to invest in it? Many times I see ICO scam I only smile at the time wasted without profit. It's hard
There is too many SCAM ICOs at this moment. But also you can find the most profitable ICOs.  For example there is lccx.io - looks like promising exchange based in London.  Well developed white paper, experienced team, located in politically stable jurisdiction.

no one knows for sure which ICO will succeed, ICO usually good or not depends on the manager, team and whitepapernya. if the ICO has a manager with a good reputation it is likely that this ICO will be successful and you also have to see the team and whitepapernya so you know in which direction the project.

For exemple, have you try Marinecoin AirDrop ? They foster a community of nearly 20,000 users. It’s the first DEV-less coin using Artificial Intelligence (Jarvis Protocol). It’s truly Decentralized. It has really a big potential. In fact, MTC is x500 faster than BTC’s and Eco-friendly.You can get 20,000 MTC for each simple task, and all you have to do is to hold them. It’s the first self-sustaining crypto-currency. And MTC already has a trading value on the exchange (F1cx)The investments you need to qualify for each AD are: post 1 message, and a downloaded wallet. After registering to the forum and Discord, you will become a full community member and you will be able to communicate with other members and find new ones.Welcome onboard.Info on: marineco.in  or marineco.in/ico

I think it is more important to learn, never mind investing this early. being able to make decisions of your own is the most important asset you could have.
Ignoring the urge to spend fiat and learn until another opportunity comes along is the best move. It is better to rremain with your capital than lose it on a poor investment

Well, you are not alone man, mee too! I've joined a campaign but didn't get any single tokens, it is frustrating that you just have to waste your time for those scammers, we helped them scam people without knowing. But don't give up, there will be a time for us to gain profits for our hardwork.

I recommend you personally to study in detail the ICO, read their blog, watch reviews. The only way you can decide.

I have to admit that now it is really difficult to choose the right version of ICO. But there are interesting directions, the main thing is the actual and useful technology. For example, the TUURNT token is very popular now.
