Fuse.  If you look closely at the screen shot Odiumag posted, the address starts with an "L".  It's a litecoin address, hence his 1 TAG = 1 LTC question.
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Good catch, Johndec.  We block traffic from Russia at work, so I couldn't open the screenshot.  I got home and didn't think to look at it again.  I owe you for your eyes.

Odium, you need to get a Tagcoin wallet.  You can grab it at http://tagcoin.org/.  It will run the same way the Litecoin wallet runs, and will give you another address that starts with a "T".

Looking at the database table for the accounts, there are 4 people using litecoin wallets, 3 using bitcoin wallets and one person using their Tagbond user ID#.

Miners- please use only a Tagcoin address for your payout address.  Litecoin, Bitcoin, and anything other than a Tagcoin address will not work.

The pool has been changed over to the MPOS theme.  I will be making changes and customizing the look of the pool over the next couple days.  There are a few things broken at the moment, and they are as follows:

  • General stats on the pool stats page
  • Live stats in the navigation panel
  • Own worker block stats on the finder stats page - PHP->SQL error that I'm tracking down
  • Hash rate graphs on the graphs stats page(currently disabled)

If you see anything else that isn't working like it should be, please PM me and I will add it to this list of things to work on.

Nah, I did an update to MPOS front-end and it wrote over the config.  I just had to update it real quick, and it's back online.  There weren't any disruptions to the mining process while it happened.

We've found our 100th block!

And in typical block reward fashion... I've found the reward block.  So we'll make this interesting.  Would you guys rather carry over the reward to the 125th block, give the reward to the next block finder, or include the reward in the first jackpot on December 7th?

MINING CURRENTLY SHUT DOWN.

Something just happened on the blockchain, and we might have forked.  12 Orphaned blocks in like a minute, and the difficulty dropped to 0.01.  Until we find out what happened, mining is currently offline.

I'm just glad I was working on the site at the time, because we only went about 1 minute into the fork before I realized what was happening and shut things down.

Yeah, mate... whole network is down right now.  The only good thing that will come out of this is the price of TAG will momentarily drop.  It will be a good time to buy in for those who haven't yet.

OK. Back home and switched over to an FTC pool.  FTC has kind of missed the boat a bit in the price surge and I'm hoping that it's next in line for a boost!

BTW Fuse, you better hope this all works out OK as the pool paid me and I assume everyone else out on what should have been unconfirmed blocks.

Yeah, I just saw that.  It's 10:18PM right now my time. I'm going to stay up as late as I can to watch this.  Fingers crossed.
