A thing that i like is that Bitfence Cyber Security software will be also run on mini computers like a raspberry pi!  Shocked Shocked Shocked
But not that many people use a raspberry pi or what you said: mini computers. I think that they should focus first on normal computers and if that goes right then expand to the mini computers etc.

Yea, it will be nice if the focus will be on windows and mac operating systems as that is where the market is, others can come later, i understand that is good to give preference but as it is, windows and mac are the basic foundation of creating any successful cyber security software

Yeah but it's pretty cool that they are planning to roll out their software to mobile devices as well, the Bitfence apps will be ready to download in the near future from the appstore and the google play store.

Gentle reminder! 30% bonus is still on, ends in less than 20 hours. Grab the opportunity now and be glad you did. Be part of this amazing project.

A huge bonus that will surely be regretted if not utilised now... But i noticed this days most projects do give bonuses very well and on a higher rate as time pass by. Hope bitfence don't follow that path tho.

One of the great things about BitFence is that people can earn passive income to provide mining services. Users do not need expensive equipment to mine BitFence. Their application can run on a small computer with Raspberry Pi for example.

This is one of some projects that have made Mining their token  easy and less effort and power consuming. With such easy mining process, users can easily partake in the mining process.

No I’m pretty sure as time go s on the bonus will burn out to reward early investors that take the “risk” to invest early on in the project which is how it should be the people who see the wiseness of early investing get the most benefit from investing early

I agree ico's usually put a big bonus on the start of an ico so that they can reward early investors i think that is very smart as they trusted the project.

I totally agree with you, Bitfence should focus on making sure they perfect either the windows or Mac operating system before thinking of running on mini computers

Does anyone know something about the prices of hard- and software? Only thing I found, "Better protection from hackers at lower cost. BitFence offers the most efficient and cost effective protection from hackers compared to FireEye, McAfee, RSA and others."

I saw a very good video on youtube about Bitfence

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGNL93zAPXE&feature=youtu.be

 Smiley Smiley

Thanks buddy for this video. No one is talking in this video but technically video presentation is made good. I guess Bitfence team have to re-create this video and need to explain properly.
I also think they should make a new video for their project because if they can explain the project by talking in the vid it will help a lot of people to understand what Bitfence is about.

Yeah it would have been cool if Bitfence could have done a commentary/audio summary about the video to help make it easier for viewers to learn about Bitfence!

I like when i see communities doing write ups like this it shows a good quality of community integration which normally means that people have a strong opinion on the platform and what it’s trying to accomplish which in turn means a strong post ico health

True man, for an individual to selflessly write an article about a project tells you the project has good prospects. Thanks for sharing was an interesting read.

The plans of the project team are ambitious enough. I hope you will succeed in implementing them. Tell me, what are the advantages for the holders of the tokens?

I am also looking for this information, but I dont see anything yet. I have not checked whitepaper yet, so dont know if this information is available in whitepaper.

Apart from the conventional token value increases benefits, I don't think there is any added plan by the team as a special holders benefit.

I don't think i have seen that either on the whitepaper but is it necessary for holders to always get benefits from projects?

I checked whitepaper but I don't see dividend kind of return if we hold BITFENCE tokens. I need to check if we can buy BITFENCE devices using tokens.
I think i found an answer to this in their whitepaper on page 17 under BITFENCE TOKEN (HNY) they say that Payments for subscription services will   solely be conducted utilizing HNY   Tokens.

I found nothing in the whitepaper about dividends. On page 17 they mentioned "In   addition to using automated BitFence mining software, HNY Tokens can also   be earned by submitting   suspicious network   traffic information, such as Firewall Rejection Logs, 3rd-party honeypot intrusion detection logs, ssh/ftp logs   etc."

Okay, but I still dont understand how token value will go up? What kind of return I will get if I keep this token for long term? I am thinking from investors point of view.

If I understood correctly the pi will be off the shelf with the software installed and set for operation. Plus even if that is not the case it would make more sense to get a pi and install the system on rather than spending more $$ for a pc to run the software.

Im not sure about their routers, but the honeypot can run on a raspberry pi, the Zero model is like $7? So depending on what you want to get, not very expensive.
