That's what happened.  Not sure if it only happens when both wallets are open or the BTC wallet is infected.  I could also be totally wrong.  Though, blockchain.info is showing that I sent out two transactions 1 BTC to one address and .8XXX to another address.

1. make sure that BTC are really transferred from your wallet, check if this .8XXX amount really disappears from your wallet (maybe with proofs?..)
2. if 1st suggestion is confirmed, you need to check this on clean virtual machine with only Datacoin and Bitcoin installed, because your computer can be infected with some stealing software, not related to Datacoin.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Yeah, i believe what you are seeing on the blockchain, i am just asking for someone who knows about malware to scan the windows version of datacoin because it could be something else on your pc causing it. However if it is datacoin i don't want it stealing my quarks next.

If you are running an untrusted exe file on your computer along your BTC wallet, you are an asshole.
Besides this, most likely the problem is between your chair and your keyboard.

Nice response, now I remember why I don't post on here anymore.  Actually my main BTC wallet isn't on this computer.  So, my major coins aren't touched.  I keep this wallet as 'small change'.  I'm not stressing if it's a loss.  But, if there is a wallet stealer then I want people to know about it.

thanks, I think people are warned now. But there is still no proof for that. And, frankly speaking, I don't think that such good idea of coin was developed only to steal few coins (I think that nobody runs unconfirmed exe on machint with major amount of their coins)

Yikes 1BTC small change. Damn, well anyway if you have been around long enough to accumulate this kind of crypto wealth i'm guessing you must know enough to see when something is fishy, so i'm still hoping someone can say Yes or No about this. For now i guess i don't have much to worry about since no BTC but hopefully does not attack other wallets.

Where are the smart people to take a look for us and see what's happening with this?

Was your  BTC wallet encrypted or not?

AFAIK I see not a single evidence for such claims, so let's all pretend he is trolling.

Yeah, i think just cpu for now. I didn't add any nodes and i am getting the odd block now and then. I think on page 2 or 3 someone posted some nodes to add though.  Looks like a nice coin and great idea. As above said best not to install on pc with other wallets if they have a large value. However that goes for all coins and new wallets i guess.

XPM started with an inefficient miner.  When hp1 was released the block rate went up by a factor of 10!  And each subsequent hp release increased efficiency, further.  This is starting with a version of the hp miner.
