So you are endorsing a site that ignores their customers requested to get their issues with services they are using under their owned site? They are users who pay with their hard earned money so I would highly agree that they are obligated to resolve any issues offensive to them or not in a timely matter as money is involved that has already been pocketed by them.
I am sorry but I don't see the logic in using a site that allows cheating by their affiliated staff from this other service provider. They have direct correlation with them.

Yes their support isn't strong enough. Even on the website when you have problems, on sending them en email you can't expect a quick reply. Usually takes more than a day, sometimes days. Thats probably the only reason it isn't ranked well, and its sad that they don't take this seriously.

They must of sold it already with the lack of emphasis of focusing on customer support as they are who pays into the site and makes it operational in the first place. If nobody goes there and ends up going to the better casinos who actually care how their site is running and how they are portrayed to the gambling community, then I can not see them lasting very long. If a casino that offer similar functions but gives better incentives with bonuses (not these unless loyalty points that can not be used for anything once you collect the first deposit 100% back) the you know who they will be going to use as their gambling site in the future.
It used to be owned by someone in the Netherlands from what I recalled hearing about late last year but it was since sold to another company in Central america.

This morning I was betting on the roulette table on Cloudbet. The dealer picked up the ball before it was able to land on a number. That is in violation of the gambling rules of casinos.
In the middle of play a dealer can not just pick up the ball for what ever reason.
Some players complained and was told to contact live support.
They probably gave them back their bet to keep them quiet and not to inform a gambling assoiciation on them to get their license revoked for conducting malpractices in their casino.
The pitboss, a red curly haired older woman, was the one that came to shake off this illegal practice. She should get fired for not imposing the dealer when she called this pitboss over when she questioned what she did.
This was at the Central America live casino on their site.

I am really unhappy with cloudbet services these days.Main problem with me is deposits are not credited in time..
First of all deposit should be credited instantly but its not.Now you say its credited after getting 1 confirmation on the blockchain..
But now even after getting 1st confirmation the deposit takes 15-20 minutes may be more to be credited in the account..so this is really bad before the deposits were credited instantly dont know what is the problem now i always happens with me in my every deposit.
Until the deposit is credited the match in which i want to bet already finishes

4 confirmations on the blockchain and the deposit is still missing.The match i wanted to bet already finished and i would have won there if i would have able to bet there,thats why i am more frustated right now.I always used cloudbet for my sports betting and never used any other but these kind of thigs making me thing to switch the site now.Please solve this issue soon and work on crediting deposits more quickly.

I am not giving you my email address and it is not needed for your investigation whatsoever. It affect ALL players that were complaining and I one of the lucky ones that only bet a small amount on that round. If you want to investigate review that video that your provider records and find those that were betting 100's of mbtc on that spin of roulette.
