I wanna explain better how cloudbet is scamming me :/

So I had .5 or so last week bet it all on 3-4 baseball games ... The 2 I lost they settled right away and took there  money. Then the ones I won 3 different games took OVER A WEEK TO PROCESS. to only not receive all the money.. Only part of my winnings... ( they are capping my money) less $ less chance to win Sad  they put MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT 1 day at the time as to slow me down!!  This is crazy cloudbet was sold and new owners are scammers I guess Sad

CLOUDBET IS FULL SCAM DONT DEPOIST, WITHDRAW IF YOU CAN. THEY WILLL SCAM YOU EVENTUALLY ALSO

MAYBE NEXT WEEK THEY WILL PAY MY WINNING BET FROM YESTERDAY.

What's with a half-win on Bet ID2563420..It should be a full win!!!

For future reference, if you think a bet was graded incorrectly, it's always best to contact support@cloudbet.com from your Cloudbet-linked email address to speak with our support team directly. They're super friendly, always very helpful, and will have all the information on hand to help you with your query. 

However, in this instance I have looked into your bet, and can confirm it was graded correctly. You placed a bet on Under 3.25 in the Floreat Athena v. Melbourne City FC match, which ended with Melbourne City FC winning 2-1. As you had bet Under 3.25, this bet was graded as a half win.

Settled Outcomes

There are five different settled outcomes being used: Win, Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarter (0.25, 0.75, 1.25 etc.).

If a bet is placed on over 2.25, half of the stake is placed on over 2 and half of the stake is placed on over 2.5. If the game ends with exactly two goals (1-1, 2-0 or 0-2) the bet placed on over 2 is settled tie and the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled lose. This is called Half lose. If the game ends with more than two goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than two goals the bet is settled lose.

If a bet is placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and half of the stake is placed on over 3. If the game ends with exactly three goals (2-1, 3-0, 1-2 or 0-3) the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled as win and the bet placed on over 3 is settled tie. This is called Half win. If the game ends with more than three goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled lose.

If the wagering offer on an event includes a draw as a third option and the event ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on either side will be lost.

Ugh!! What is going on with Cloudbet these days? Things are getting worse and worse. The blockchain verified the bitcoin were sent 3+ hours ago, but still don't show in my account. It used to occur quickly, but now it's painfully slow. What happened?!?!

And of course, no response from customer service for the last 2 hours. Nice.

It took 6+ hours for the deposit to finally hit my account. And only 4 hours to get a response from customer service.

A major sports book should have all games available for anybody to bet on.
If it is not available of time of starting then there is something wrong with the site so people will go else where to spend their bitcoins.

Thus, my funds cannot be returned. I have sent at least 10 support emails and I'm always told "payments team is looking in to this". Could you please put these funds back into my account? Cloudbet, do you limit customers individually?

YES or NO?

Currently, we run two models. On some markets we never limit customers (bet again and again for the max if you wish), and on some markets we limit some customers.

We are moving all markets towards our new models where customers are never limited. This has been in process for some time as we need to test each market carefully. It is likely we will have all markets on our new system in the next 4-6 weeks.

On which markets are you being limited? Are they live or pre-match? If you let us know, we could possibly prioritise those markets.
