I don't know why there are so many people here complain if CB is still no.1 in bitcoin gambling industry. Their support really suck or you are other sites' shills??   

They do have a terrible support unfortunately. I believe its handled by an individual or a very small team. The support was good in the beginning and has slowly started dying since then.

I've been waiting on a pending bet since September 14th not here to bash cloudbet. But they have treated me like this over and over and over , I left for competition coup,e days again and it has been AMAZING. Withdraws within hour and bets settled within 10-20min this places is falling apart and they need to fix it before it to late

Just leave here, others have faster grading speed, if you hate slow gradinga(everyone should hate slow grading)

Currently, we run two models. On some markets we never limit customers (bet again and again for the max if you wish), and on some markets we limit some customers.

We are moving all markets towards our new models where customers are never limited. This has been in process for some time as we need to test each market carefully. It is likely we will have all markets on our new system in the next 4-6 weeks.

On which markets are you being limited? Are they live or pre-match? If you let us know, we could possibly prioritise those markets.

I had the bet being pending twice, One for around 1 BTC and the other for 0.08 BTC... I had to wait for more than 48 hours both of these times and therefore wasn't satisfied at all, I got paid though. To be honest most of the bets that are not interrupted or have some issue in coverage are graded instantly and probably automatically and that's probably why bets requiring manual grading are rare and need time.

I placed a 3 game parlay last night (MLB moneyline games) which won but it still isn't graded.  Normally, my bets are graded in a couple of minutes but it has already been 20 hours?  I did send and e-mail and they said they would forward it to the sportsbetting department but that also was 10 hours ago.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I do make deposits and bets from time to time but something like this has never happened to me.  I hope Cloudbet isn't closing shop on the day I decide to deposit and win.

It's not often I'm already experiencing this problem every day, 1-day event with so happens I missed crucial matches. In the past I have not encountered such a situation. Search for a situation where we can say that the last 1 month.

Yeah but when I go to my pending bets, I can click on each game and it goes to that games page.  It shows that the game is over and my team won.  If their system says the game is over and my team won, why doesn't the parlay automatically grade. Also, I'm not an expert but can't they manually go in and either grade the wager as a win or update the correct scores.  They are MLB games after all, so it's not like the scores are hard to find:  http://m.mlb.com/scoreboard#date=09/20/2016

And finally, I was watching the games and there were no interruptions or anything like that.  The games continued as planned until they finished.  Hopefully the bet is graded today...I really don't want to wait a week to settle a bet.
