It's very difficult, if not impossible, to predict what difficulty and BTC value will be that far in advance.  If the predictions on this URL prove to be true, then you would never break even.  It is, however, a prediction, nothing more.  Could be true, could be false.

M

But that link does not account for the money we would get back for selling the rig after some time...
As I assume we will only keep the rig during 6 months or so.

So if we manage to break even or more, and then manage to sell, we are good I believe.

While true, it's still a gamble.

M

I mine at Kano's Pool because it pays the best and is completely transparent!  Come join me!

Hi,

If I buy a quota of 110 USD I gonna have 40 GH/s from the prospero x-3 mining for me?

To receive my BTC I have to pay $175 every day 1st and 15th more 0.5% of management fee?

There is any group that are receiving BTC? Like R1, R2, R3... R16?

And if Black Arrow don't delivery the prospero in time, what happens?

You don't pay $175 fee... the fee is taken off the total pool earnings before distribution.  See the R9-R12 thread as well as others, many of us are getting paid.

I get paid online one time? Or this is a lifetime "quota"?
I gonna take a look in the R9-R12 thread.

You will get the payouts as long as the machines are mining (if they are sold the selling price will be included in the last payout)

And why the machines are sold? Members interest?

At some point the amount mined < hosting costs, or close to it the members have the ability to vote to sell or to keep the unit.

Machines are sold to make money.  For the buyers.  The guys running the coop are also looking to make.   These types of buys spread risk around rather then buying one thing and hoping you get it.

The track record for the coop is as follows:

r1-r4  stalled a loss so far.
r5-r6   most likely the best btc group buy of all time
r7-r8?   not late not early do not know
r9-r12    very good should be a solid winner
r13       cancelled refunds paid   delayed not cancelled my bad
r14       cancelled refunds paid
r15      a bit late  KNC will ship we hope
r16      also a bit late KNC will ship we hope
r17     ongoing
r18     waiting for gear not late.

So  of 18 rounds

4 losses so to speak
2 great wins
4 wins
2 cancelled 1 cancelled
2 a bit late  3 a bit late
4 waiting for results   of which 17 is the only open buy.

I have shares in 1 5 6 9 10 11 12 and 17

Even after all the refunds that were requested, R13 still looks full.

If you forgot to add it to the order notes you'll get an email when I start to enter the orders again into the spreadsheets.
