Still in, no point in getting dinged the restocking fee, along with current btc value now compared to end of 2013.

well good luck with those shares, but if you paid for them in BTC, then you will lose value as they will never ROI.

You don't need to request a refund, if you don't you get the compensation BA is offering the extra 25% hashrate for 6 months + any future DZMC BA group buys 10% off.

All,
I requested refund of 12 shares via BTC from Order #1234 via PMs to bobsag3 on 18th and 28th Feb (also logged on this thread). No response or refund received. Also requested via email to support at minersource.net on 15th March, to be told:
'I am showing these shares as having been previously refunded already.'
I have not received a refund (1B38X8kxy35h8zyKowNTjQWABF1bTUvqpU), and have emailed support at minersource.net to request their record of the refund supposedly given. No response as of now.
I'd appreciate this being looked into, and am hoping there is an honest mistake behind this that can be corrected.
Inand.

I have requested a refund almost a month ago now on the forum, and again via mail on the 12th of march, still haven't heard anything.
Would be GREAT to get any news at all. It literally takes 5 minutes to write a post about the current situation.
Kind regards Bytas

Still in, no point in getting dinged the restocking fee, along with current btc value now compared to end of 2013.
You are assuming they are refunding on a BTC value at order time basis not a $ value at order time basis, i've been trying to get an answer out of bobsag for weeks on that!! Sent 3 PMs (IGNORED) and raised the quesion of forum several times (IGNORED). Personally, i've got invoices that show $ value (even though I paid with BTC) so would expect any refunds to be at the $ value.

I made 12 shares across 7 orders at various btc price points. I cashed in 7 shares and was refunded pretty quickly as most of my shares were purchased at about 750 usd a btc. I held back the 5 highest shares purchased over 1000 usd a btc as I would have had a bigger fiat loss cashing those 5 shares in.

If thats true bobsag is profiting from the difference (as BA orders charged in $, paid in BTC and instantly converted to $ on payment). I hate to sound cynical, but it's no wonder he's doing the BTC refunds "out of his own pocket initially" as he described earlier. If he's getting $ value refunds out of BA later! For some of those orders that could represent 40-50% profit, which would mean he could actually not cancel a lot of the orders with BA, keep the mining capacity (+late bonus capacity) and still not be out any cash! If you were not being so unresponsive bobsag, I wouldn't be so cynical about whats really going down here! It's certainly not transparent to the 'members' of the cooperative. This all brings back into focus the conflict of interest between you being a coop organiser and being a BA reseller.

Bitcoin Miners progress update – 26 March 2014
1.We progressed to The Minion’s 3rd substrate which has been approved and sent to manufacturing 2.The package house has received the minion probe cart wafer. 3.Global Foundries has confirmed the wafer out date. The date is currently 5 days later than their prediction however they are seeking to catch up by optimising the rest of the process. 4.The final version of the X3 hashboard and X1 backplane has been sent to the PCB factory for prototyping 5.The final version of X1 hashboard will arrive this week on Friday. 6.The development team are still optimising the control board. The initial testing is positive: (booting sequence for Linux, network protocols and WiFi connections are ok). The team will focus now debugging the LCD. Testing for the touchscreen should start soon. 7.The modifications to the current setup is dictated by the testing and the quality controls reporting by our teams and suppliers. We concluded the last update to X3 backplane and the case design due to moving the X3 PSU on the left hand side for better heat dissipation. 8.We have received 2 types of PSUs for X3 from 2 vendors, we are testing them. 9.We have started mass production of the heatsinks and X1 power supplies 10.We have received the mounting screw with springs for the heatsinks. After a thorough review the spring technical specifications are not satisfactory. We continue to upgrade the design accordingly and we expect the samples to be ready in 10 days. 11.We approved the design for X3 case and we are in process of negotiating the time frame with our short-listed suppliers. 12.We should complete the final specifications for the fans by the end of this week. 13.We had a demanding schedule in visiting all our suppliers for quality checks and for tracking the agreed aggressive deadlines 14.We are in the final negotiations with our manufacturing partner for power chips. We are seeking a reliable supply of the power chips. 15.We finalised the search for the new facility which will help increasing the power for Rent-A-Minion service. We’re planning to start setting it up as early as next week.

Waited another week before sending a third email. I still have not heard back from Matt or anyone from DZ Coop about my issue. Anyone willing to look can see my refund address, on all posts in this and the R17 refund thread going back to January, has never changed. There still has never been any transactions shown for my address or any refund issued for my order. Can someone please look into this or give me some kind of update on the status of my refund?
Thanks!
Refund address: 16KzpZi6Z4mYxy4nUoAfcmdLNkCbMHqF1v Order# 1199
