Thanks Phil.

Sometimes I think our generation, with available instant worldwide communications, and 800 TV channels, can get a bit impatient when the wheels of business and high tech manufacturing spin slower than they're used to.

We all need to remember that these are ALL high risk investments on the cutting edge of technology, and we really shouldn't be investing money that we can't afford to lose or have tied up for months. Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

sorry to say but DZ has been a disappointment for me as a whole experience now.

Woah, I'm sorry that you've had a bad experience but I've had nothing to do with the failure of Black Arrow to deliver in February (or the refund process I can't control), and everything to do with helping make this GB Round available in the first place.

Please note that I set up the co-op so that like minded miners could team up to get us this type of volume pricing and provide services to fellow miners at rock bottom prices. Remember that there NO better complete deals available in the timeframe when R17 was available. Nada.

I put up a shitton of money and BTC to even set up this co-op in the first place (John K. is still holding 1.14 AM shares of mine that were a security collateral for the first miner payouts when I was a noob, & I'd like to get back one day) and to defend the will of the supermajority by paying out of pocket to pursue a lawsuit vs. HF for Rounds 1-4, without asking for co-op funds for this.

I was the very first GB Coordinator here to ever offer "at-cost" or even "below cost" GB shares, and the first to introduce true team mining to the GB forum, where work tasks are subdivided so that 1 single person doesn't burn out, so I would greatly appreciate the distinction between the DZMC disappointing you, and me, the guy that's been paying to work for the co-op for free for the last 7 months to help give you these rock bottom prices.

i didnt write DZ intending you, for me DZ and DZMC was synonomous but you have a fair point so let me say it again.

correction: DZMC has been a disappointment for me as a whole experience.

i like your approach to things and can emphatize with you. I have no doubt you have done a great job. My only feedback will be not to stop the progress and "mentally retire" on DZMC.

I mean out of all i wrote, you took out that sentence, became a bit defensive about it and didnt even inquire about my comments on thomas's attitude.

there is a huge gap between your style, thomas and bobsag whatever's style and overall commitments.

i am assuming they are both getting their share and payment on this so they are being paid for what they do. so thomas's style and replies are not justifiable at all. he cant keep this bitchiness (excuse my language) in every single reply. i kept trying to be nice just to see if he would be like this and yes he was the same.

would you agree with me when i say
- if you are at thomas's position you need to answer questions
-you need to answer them clearly
- you need to answer them politely
- if you dont want to get too many questions then do your job and put a f.ing announcement to the site
- when the whole website is moving at least tell people what is going on, send them a mail or something.
- i dont think 1000s of people would like to see out of the blue one day that the site changed faces and logins dontwork anymore
- all in all, if this is thomas's job, then he should just shut up and do it and not act like a b.tch with sand in her v.gina

sorry my intention is not to offend anyone but sometimes it is hard to keep your calm

i hope you take these as feedback and this doesnt end up like one of those never ending forum fights (if so i wont be replying for sure)

Hi Bobsag3

I am still awaiting confirmation from my refund for 6 shares.

I have PMed all the details and the error that was made. In my haste to request the refund I accidentally added the refund address (12KgU3B7Fyirihzt4xCTSHpV64f9hmEccJ) as one of yours...doh. You can see this error on blockchain.info with the second transaction id you PMed me.

I have sent you my correct payment address (1PBWADoE8gGTGpvreJpeJW5w3hYkgmewtJ), please can you resend it today.

Thank you.

Hello again, sorry to keep on keeping on, but can you please make this refund?

Thanks.

Ok I am feeling completely invisible again, whats up with that?

I have sent so many PMs to you (bobsag3) for the refund request I am losing count here.

Help me out here please.

I'm in the same boat as DZ, I've put a lot of money into the coop and seen nothing out of it, As for my attitude I'm not sure exactly what your referencing. There are are a few posts where I answer short and to the point and I was told that they came off as rude and have tried to change that but when a person asks a simple yes no question there is little reason to give a paragraph answer (also when I'm on my phone I can't type a paragraph, but people want responses so I give one).

-My position - To coordinate GB purchases and payouts this entails accepting payment, keeping records of who purchased what and administering payouts when hashing as well as in some cases placing and paying for the order.

-To my knowledge I've answered questions clearly and when there is a miss-communication where someone doesn't understand (and says that they don't understand) I go into more detail to try and have them understand.

-The website we've mentioned when it originally went live that its sole purpose was to accept payments, we then went into saying that we were in the process of changing the site and not to worry as we have a back up. On the new site we do have a link to the archived copy.

The only post that I can possibly see as seeming to be "bitchy" is this one

I'm not sure why people are messaging me with refund requests they must all go to bobsag3 's PM's, emails / support tickets / PM's to me will not be responded to.

As I'm not doing refunds I don't think bobsag3 is reading over the posts for refund requests as his post said to PM him with your order details.

Also 2 weeks ago refunds weren't being issued.

But try to think of it from my perspective, 20 PM's requesting refunds followed by 5+ of why they didn't get their refund, as I'm not handling refunds this is unknown to me, bobsag3 is handling refunds and the requirements of what needed to be done to get the refunds were in a post of his.

Converting to another type of hardware is not really an option.

I will be able to start processing refunds on tuesday, please PM me with your order on the DZ site, number of shares, meathod of payment, how you would like to be repaid, and payment address. I will only be able to process shares by the full machine IE every 50 shares, and the refund may take up to a week and a half (should be same day but we get swamped with other things). Also, unfortunately the refund fee will still be charged.

I hope this is good enough for now, but do know if you refund you will not be aloud to buy back in.
Thanks for your patience.

If you have any specific questions please simply ask them.

I've managed to find out what happened but like the other part of my answer to uozer I am not handling refunds I'll talk with Matt in the morning to get your refund fixed, but will explain what happened or at least what I can see from the posts / my end.

You requested a refund for your shares be sent to 12KgU3B7Fyirihzt4xCTSHpV64f9hmEccJ (which was not correct) and it was sent. At this moment you believe that this is one of bobsag3's addresses which its not (the reason he's not immediately sending a second transaction) the good news is this address belongs to the COOP site meaning it just went back into a different wallet which he doesn't have access to. From his view point the refund was issued.

----
For anyone who wants to know why I have barely been around the past 8 or so days can continue reading as its semi personal.

I had plans that fell apart (this weekend was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend), plans fell apart about a week ago which caused me stress. Then I got extreme pain on the left side of my mouth so had to go to the dentist who said I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Then I got a cold and finally today the start of my "relaxation" / "break" was the actual oral surgery (which I'm in a ton of pain right now and probably will be for the rest of the weekend).

Now I know that stress and life problems shouldn't effect others which they shouldn't have as there are multiple people that can and have posted status updates, so this is not an excuse just an explanation of why I personally haven't been very active.

I have been waiting a long time too... is there some kind of list you can share with us so we have an idea if you even know that we have requested a refund? I have used the ticket system on the old DZ site and left messages and PM's here.... please give an indication soon.

My refund came on the 11th for 7 shares I sent a pm on the 7th.

I did say I would let 5 shares ride and not to refund them.  Maybe that got me faster service?

So I still have 5 shares riding in buy 17.

I know the stress of having to deal with a lot of (unhappy) people. Its quite annoying and to be honest people rarely see things from others perspective. I hope you dont take peoples harsh posts personally.

Hope you recover fast from being sick and your tooth problems. Most people dont even go to work if they are sick.

Even tho I asked for a refund, I want to say thanks for putting up such a great GB value-wise. I was super excited about it like so many others but such is life sometimes and at the very least Im grateful that this didnt turn into some scam where the coordinators ran with the money as soon as things didnt turn out like they should have.

aha! ok now i get it. it is not about giving this attention or prioritizing it.

i think he simply does not have the bitcoins.

so for the mate who said "they didnt run off wih the money or anything", the story might have a twist.
