The website will track and request payment for everything.
At the moment, the new site won't let me log in with my old P/W. If I explore setting up a new account, the site asks up front for a BTC payout address. Up until now, I have liked being able to use different BTC addys for different rounds. Will it now be only one BTC addy per customer (email addy) or is that something temporary? Thanks! Easiest way is to create a new account, with a different email. This may be an option in the future but will take time to implement. If you at some point need to change your BTC address from a GB where you receive dividend, what are the procedure? A signed message of prof for the address?

Yep a signed message with which address you want changed, closed rounds require a 0.01BTC address change fee.

Would this create hassle for you and/or are there any obvious flaws with it? Assume a customer has a gmail account where they normally get mail as somename (at) gmail.com They could set up a new DZMC account and provide an email addy like DZMCRound42+somename (at) gmail.com somename+DZMCRound42 (at) gmail.com (using gmail's "+" feature which should send any such mail from you to the original "somename" box). Seems easy. Any problems with the approach? Edited to fix syntax error. Sorry!

Speaking of which, I misremembered the syntax, I think. It should be somename+DZMCRound42 (at) gmail.com rather than the other way round. I'll edit my original post. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/12096?hl=en

Also is there somewhere we can confirm out payout address and shares, such as an excel spreadsheet, or on the (existing/new) website?
There will be a google doc when I get all / most of the payout address'. The new site forces you to provide one and checks to make sure its a valid one (doesn't check to make sure its yours). Is the new page ready and operational? Can I place orders for R17 (batch 2) and R23? Will R23 already start hashing 22-Jan-2014? R17 is sold out R23 will begin on Wednesday January 22, 2014, if it doesn't refunds can be issued if requested on January 23rd. The website will track and request payment for everything. Sorry - another question about the new site. It requires a billing address (name, street address, even phone number) after signup but as part of checkout. DZ had made a point of saying those were just placeholders on the old site - data may or may not be genuine. Is that the case for the new site also? There would potentially be a lot of sensitive information in one place if your site got compromised.

You can if you'd like the new site has a SSL certificate as well as being on a private server Thank you. Trying it out now, got past the address page to the (good looking) BTC payment page, which leads to "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information." Perhaps it timed out - I'll give it another try shortly. Edit: Update - worked fine an hour or so later. All is well. Hi
I ordered 1 share #665. I tried to log into the new site but it would not let me.
It did let me log into the old site.
Are accounts being carried over and will my order be carried over?

BA is listing the Minion ASIC as In Stock and Available on their site, not listed as Apr shipping like the miners.
Hopefully a delivery update will be available soon for R17.

Definitely not a scam, but the apparent success exposed weaknesses and difficulty of coping with demand. They are a well intentioned group of people working hard. However this is not enough. Will they be able to get the act together, deliver on promise and get company growing remains to be seen. I am giving benefit of the doubt and keep holding their shares. If they survive next 6 weeks I probably will be buying more.
