May I report bugs here? First one I noticed: after opening NRS Version > more info, the popup can't be closed
Should be fixed - (do a hard refresh CTRL+F5) to check. Cheers, works fine! Keep up the great work. Also when clicking Not Registered on the frontscreen, you might want to enable going back by clicking outside of the window as well

Now, that we have a lot of functionalities and clients, we would need a simple landing page for the new users to access all these tools and functions. What do you need? I am ready to offer some bounty for a designer achieving this and would pay for the domain and hosting for 10 years.
I'm working on this.

Here's my Nxt client, still in development, you may find some bugs, but wanted to show off this version: (Btw, totally untested in IE, better use a different browser if you find UI quirks there). http://nxtra.org/nxt-client/As you'll see it's a web client. It is my hope that this might one day replace the official NRS web client now seen at http://localhost:7874 but that is up to Jean-Luc and CFB to decide. I chose HTML/JS as the programming language because it has a few advantages: - Source is just a click away (right click the page > view source) - It's easy - lots of people know javascript and HTML - this means multiple people can work on this together. - It's cross compatible and runs on any device. I will be making a 1 click installer for linux/windows/mac later on as well. For now it runs on my server, since it connects to the test network, there is no worry concerning passwords. Do not use your real account password. I hope you appreciate this effort, if you do - my Nxt id is: 8189784314684138350Here are some screenshots: WOW!!!! Amazing

If the MIT/Johns Hopkins folks can't/won't do your Crypto/Curve25519 audit for the bounty, I would have time later this month to do it (I'm DoctorEvil on Nextcoin.org BTW).
I already reviewed the primary literature on Curve25519/ECKCDSA, examined several implementations of both and am working on a clean room implementation of the relevant algorithms myself just to make sure I understand them 100%. As a bonus I'd make my extra implementation part of the deliverable. My implementation wouldn't be meant to replace the existing highly optimized one. However, since it's aim would be comprehensibility/correctness as opposed to speed, it would make writing ports easier.
Given my pseudonymous identity, I can't present credentials other than my online reputation ... so depending on exactly what the community wants out of this audit, there is that to consider.

U? No. More infos soon. Hey Passion_ltc, I have a particularly exciting idea. Is it possible a company to make their own "voting" page where only people who entered their authorization token, linked to an account that owns the company's assets, can be eligible to vote (based on their stake). Basically, you would just find what account owned that token, then check for the number of X assets they owned, done. Voting would take 1 NXT to vote will all their shares. Pandaisftw i will pay 500 nxt to who ever makes this also it will need to include some form of proof of honesty such as publishing all of the tokens for each poll i really need that too for NXT eco-farms, i will pay 500 nxt if someone can do that

GREAT WORK PEOPLE holy shit! nxt price, Y U NO RISE? it will, don't worry. the good message is that the only real competitor (ethereum) needs the whole year to design and create the system. enough time to built the best tools for nxt. i am following the dev and design decisions there very closely and some ideas they have are really good. e.g. they also discussing to add more expression to thier scripting language (a functional approach like lisp/picolisp) to enhance smart contracts (from my pov the current version is more semi smart and something like a chainable bunch of conditional based code reactors). they are also discussing distributed applications and stuff like this. well, nxt already have distributed applications ;-)

That's just fake mockup for now, it's not real functionality yet. There are still some things that need to be developed further. Another issue is the total amount in asset exchange input field does not update. Working on that.

HELP NEEDED TO CREATE A LANDING PAGE!I have registered startnxt.com (and startnxt.net) and would like to create a landing page! I am looking for a designer who will help me to create a simple, but sexy landing page for new users. We have a few clients (including the web client of wesleyh!), a few functions (aliases, AE, transparent forging), two forums and a few other nxt homepages with different onformationsets which needs to be introduced to new Nxters. The homepages we currently have are not so userfreiendly and contain too much information for Avarage Joe. I want to have a 1-pager, where the user is guided through all the functions of Nxt when he is scrolling down. I don´t want to have too much information (nor too much text, I prefer graphics) on the page, but all the graphics should be clickable and should link to other sites where the user has access to more information (a link to http://info.nxtcrypto.org/ or to the wiki for example). The focus needs to be on the graphics, not on the information, as this page would only work as a landing page from where the user can navigate to other pages where he can have access to more detailed infos.

BTW when are we lowering the fees to 0.1nxt. Since the reddit tipbot is ready and per tip is costing 1nxt, not very encouraging. http://www.reddit.com/r/NXT/comments/1xsf9t/the_nxt_tipping_bot_has_arrived_go_ahead_and_test/Edit: marketing with tipbot Imagine someone going around with 20-50k nxt and gives every user a 1nxt tip they see, it would surely make most of them to atleast try out/redeem the nxt. But would be better after lowering the fee to 0.1nxt first. "Thanks! I'm going to enable tipping on all subreddits after a bit of testing. Also, you can tip a redditor that isn't registered in the bot yet, and he will receive a message with instructions on how to get his tip." those 1NXT tips cost 9 US cents right now. Is it really worth it to send someone less?

I too have thought this is very important and have been considering registering new2nxt.com as the jump page. If you can get this implemented in the next 2 weeks I would like to get it on biz cards to hand out at the Texas conference.

I see here problems on Bter, problems on Vircurex.
So in other words, you are seeing issues that are related to multiple exchanges. They are issues with NXT wallets & forks, they probably are not keeping up with the updates. So, without to try to support any of the exchanges, maybe some of the issues are related with our ability to deliver a fully operational & bug free client? Don't get me wrong and start the hate with me, i fully support all the work that has been done since november from the devs & the community. I just do not believe that there is something fishy on the exchanges. I'm just thinking outloud here, i believe that the issues with multiple exchanges & NXT affects us all and not only exchange customers. Only a very stable NRS without a need to update every 2 days would solve these.
