In your video, there is a link to "url-encode-decode.com". It is bad site for encoding password phrase because it is not javascript only and all pasted text are sent to the server (checked @ virtual machine turning off Internet after loading main page).
Use http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/ instead

I mistakenly refreshed my client browser locking my account, I had to re- log in and now it says I have 5 hours 48 minutes to forge a block..CFB does this mean for the next couple of hours of the gold run I am out of luck with being able to earn?? I  have about ~0.2 % of total. Its alright if I am out, just want to know if there is anything I can do..

No. This is estimated time, it's changed after each block. In 2 blocks u may see just a few seconds.
