My VPS still not ready, so I just guess how the zombies attacks: they just connect to all well known peers, and keep request blocks like crazy;
if this is the case, can we implement some kind of priority queue policy, if peer request blocks from me for the first time, I can send normally,
then we recalculate this served peer's priority value; if this peer request blocks from me again, I  will send them only there's nothing important todo.

Sorry I'm being impatient, but I can't read almost 300 posts about NXT.  It seems like the NXT original summary post should at least be accurate and not (unintentionally or not) misleading.

Just be patient until it is fixed and find some comfort from the fact that it is going to be because of YOU that this particular issue gets resolved.   

OK, you convinced me, I'll install your daemon.  Though I know this was not an official bounty, it would be nice to get a few NXT as a result of me identifying this issue.  Thanks for your excellent communication, hope you'll consider my unofficial bounty request.

No. This works for public peers only. Zombies don't announce their IP.

They r not forced to mark their nodes. Nodes without hallmark still help a lot.

I'll set up your nodes (hallmarked or not) and upgrade them as new versions are released and do full maintenance, your node will be on a dedicated IP and I'll take payment in NXT/BTC/LTC (equivalent of $10/month). no need to be linked to your wallet, you can set a hallmark on them or not, but CfB says hallmarking helps network better.
