"You can generate the next block in 56 days 8 hours 5 minuts 3 seconds" is that mean i have to keep browser on in those days then i can generate the next block???
anyone please give me a reply as i am really fresh new for this nice idea.
The time changes every block. Eventually you will hit one that will generate a block before anyone else, thus earning the fees in that block. thanks! now i can escape from the confusion that the time changed to 370day plus. i hope i could get luck and hit one block. the same to you!

What would be the most efficient way to bolster the Nxt network? Set up a whole bunch of VPS servers each running the wallet with 1NXT?

To public the node, I remember that one should add IP address in the command line to start Nxt. It seems that "java -jar start.jar /IP" or something like that? Please confirm it. Thanks.

It is no real price. Price fluctuating at this this meas nothing as many people can't not access to the exchange and the network is not stable due to attacks.

As an aside, is anyone heading to the Miami Bitcoin Conference at the end of January for the NXT community? http://btcmiami.com/I'll be there representing Peercoin. If you're thinking about it, let me know... we'll grab a bite to eat. I'm a huge fan of conferences, it's a great way to either start momentum or keep it flowing.

Is there a danger that NXT coins get lost on some fork (forever?). Or they are easily transferred to a different fork? I'm asking because yesterday i transferred some of my friends NXTs to his account, and he used 0.4.2. I still have mine NXTs on DGEX.
I'm sure some other noob, besides me, is also interested in this.

you can to put your domain or subdomain instead of IP in web.xml, make sure your domain or subdomain actually resolves to that IP (set up the dns entry), and to be double safe, set up a reverse DNS entry for that IPto map to that domain or subdomain - but I am not sure about the last part, need to consult CfB, it won't hurt to set up rDNS though.

As hallmark, I just use a random short passphrase, which doesn't correspond my account, is it OK?

Contact laowai80 and/or fexern
do u mean ferment or nexern? Actually nexern and I would probably make a good team if we combined forces! heh. Can we make a kind of site helping users to do this? I will try to raise funds from big stakeholders and support this - it is better if you work together I think with laowai80 too. We need to fight this zombie node apocalypse with full force combined! Wiki is the Best for this for now. I am constantly spamming Kriss with all important links so I guess it will be there soon.

you need to look for it in the Known or active peers tab. as for hallmark, the hallmark needs to be generated by going to https://ip:7875/admin.htmlit can't be something random, must be your real account or just leave it non hallmarked.
