I tried sending my mined SBC from coin-base.org to cryptsy earlier today, but I have yet to see any of them arrive. It says confirmed in coin-base.... is there a chance that they are mining a fork or something? Like the "old" SBC?

probably cryptsy fault. i sent some from coin-base to my wallet and had no problems, arrived after 1 min or so..
