After some time Doubloons wallet is hanging at some node and stays out of sync. Any bad node? Does anyone have this problem?

Hi, I thought talking to a programmer expertp in C and Java, I know personally, I do not know what language it is written but I guess it will be one of the ones I mentioned.

Where I can find a source program that made the latest version The_Catman?

If I get to take charge of the coin, there are steps to follow?
The_Catman have to give rights?

Moreover financing required (I can not ask anyone to work for free)
but the "alleged" funding must be in CENTs ONLY AND ONLY, that way we make sure that your work may be rewarded only if he can resurrect CENT.

in my opinion, don't add decimals places to CENT. IF you do, what has it gone thats unique from other coins anymore?

Oh hey, I also made a video to promote CENT 3 months ago and posted it into the pennies foundation forum, but I don't think they exist anymore and I never heard anything more about it. I'll try and dig it up and share, could help with the relaunch.

I think the same as you. CENT is unique due to the indivisibility (see my previous post for a link to a future scenario which discusses 3rd world countries, especially Africa, could be implemented within quite a short time frame). If CENT will have decimal places, it will be seen as just another clone. We have to give it sometime so these issues with the wallet can be solved completely (again this all will take time, it won't happen 1,2,3..). We have the Catman, he's also busy. We haven't heard from him in a while, and maybe he has a way to fix the remainder issues, I'm sure we will hear something from him sooner or later. I believe he has also set up a reddit for his cryptcurrency services.  

CENT is unique, and yes there are still some issues, but issues are there to be solved, it would be foolish to take the "easy" way out and add decimals, when indivisibility is what makes it perfect for day 2 day transactions. Lets get everything solved and get CENT prepped for what it will be used for.

I'm also willing to donate a bunch of CENT for development. I don't own trillions, and none of my CENT are from stake. Hopefully one or a few stake Trillionaires will be so kind as to donate as this would also start the circulation of the staked CENTs. Tevayo has a good point with paying in CENT only.

Have you followed the instructions here?

Start by backing up your wallet.dat and pennies.conf file.  

Which version of the wallet are you using? Try to re-download the wallet. Once downloaded, delete everything in the  "C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Pennies"  folder and put the backed up wallet.dat and pennies.conf file into it, now load the piggybank. Give it time (be patient) and see if it works now (if you follow the instructions in the link, you'll be able to check whether your wallet is actually frozen or just busy loading).

I think I may have been on a fork but now have added the conf file and blocks are counting down.

I will have to wait a long time for blocks to hit zero and see if the wallet syncs and if all my CENTs appear in the wallet. I will update accordingly.

Just posted this on the other CENT thread but I was finally able to open a CENT account on my Swisscex.com account. Deposited some CENT and just bought some DOGE so it looks like it open season on Swisscex.com.

Please help with the doubloons issue.
Every time I restart the wallet there are more and more blocks that need updating. The wallet will connect to 1-2 maybe 3 nodes only for brief periods of time at the beginning, then loose the connection to all of them. I believe it will try to reconnect unsuccessfully every now and then if I let it open, because I see the connection status icon flashing.
I use all the node IPs I could find on the forums, including the initial one, and that of some P2P pool I found.

I've already stated what I think needs to be done in my earlier post but issuing a divisible number of coins to each claimant in a rebooted version of Pennies would probably be a logistical nightmare and I'm not sure I want to put myself through so much hassle.
