My CENT wallet shows correct balance but nothing in savings interest.

Is that correct? How are wallets supposed to receive more CENTS from savings?

I know, I know... but the thing is I cannot help it because even though I am an absolute gentleman... I also happen to be a CheekyChappy after all:)

I wish that I were able to help people with these problems.  We need a definitive word, preferably from  The_Catman or someone associated, to explain it all and show us all how to get on the proper blockchain.  Many people are losing coins, I don't send any for fear of losing them and it seems that everyone is running on different blockchains.  I just changed my config per someone's suggestion and now the blockchain site is down.

Do we need a special config file or not? What should be in it?
What is the proper blockchain and how do we get everyone on the same one?
Is there anyone associated with the DEV who could help?

I do have some good news. As you may know, a problem about the massively rising size of the moneysupply (about 1 trillion a week or less) was discussed on the 29th

Something changed on the 30th and the rise in the moneysupply has fallen 1000x.  I wanted to wait until we got through a complete stake cycle for the final numbers but here's what we have so far...

http://mr.tc/moneysupply2.jpg

At this rate, there will be One Trillion created every 12 years.

Could this be?

I hope that's the case. That was one of the big issues with this coin.  If that's taken care of, then the next big thing we need is help getting the coin past it's wall. I'm just waiting for ecoinfund.com to actually open.
Unless anyone here wants to start an exchange. Grin  Spreading the coins outside of sell orders on cryptsy may be the only way to get the walls down.

I re-installed computer systems, and installing your system, I opened 10.2.1 client, my 58 billion CENT, become 9.5 billion cent, when I slowly updating the client, my cent slowly, eventually to 58 billion. But after one hour of my 58 billion cent disappeared. Show did not turn out the client address. My cent go, I close the client, with the client 10.0 opens, showing there are 9.5 billion cent, slowly finally came 58 billion, while updating the wallet, my 58 billion or disappeared, how is it . . . Where's my 580cent one hundred million.

This is less than that spreadsheet in money supply but ahead in blocks ..

Exactly the problem yet to be solved.  Unfortunately, different persons are giving different solutions, and there's no one of authority standing up to give a definitive answer and help straighten it out.

My block count is 280227 with client version v0.10.2.1
This block crawler is 282077 with client version v0.10.2.1  http://pennies.kicks-ass.net/block_crawler.php
This block crawler is 282722 with client version v0.10.0.0-beta  http://altexplorer.info/chains/CENT/block_crawler.php

Is there anyone who understands this problem and could help solve it?

Looks like we all need to connect to the same nodes as the altexplorer.info chain .. need to get a list of those published here .. I'll try a few things .. This is if you want to deal w/ cryptsy and think they will be running the longer chain in the long run ...

I was on Cryptsy's chain (282722) until the weekend came.  Then I must have gotten to the 282077 somehow over the weekend.  This is getting old.

When I go to http://altexplorer.info/chains/CENT/block_crawler.php and http://pennies.kicks-ass.net/block_crawler.php, I see two different block counts and two different versions.  Am I missing something?

altexplorer.info would be cool if it was working, down for the past 2 days and still can't check transactions.  What makes altexplorer.info the correct one?  It is running on the old client v0.10.0.0-beta, we've had qt-0.10.0.0, v0.10.2.0 and v0.10.2.1-abe since then.

Change chains? How would that help unless everyone did?  Why can't we get some direction from our dev, The_Catman

It all depends on whether or not you want to deposit to cryptsy .. eventually one of these chains will take over and be the longest and most dominant ... not sure which ..

Status: 0/unconfirmed, broadcast through 6 nodes
Date: 2/3/2014 04:09
Debit: 0 CENT
Net amount: -17000000 CENT
Transaction ID: 5735afe21c5058a065b711254cc9943d0caf80712aac69304bcbb4ccefe5a4e7

Staked coins must wait 25 blocks before they can return to balance and be spent. When you generated this proof-of-stake block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, it will change to "not accepted" and not be a valid stake. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a proof-of-stake block within a few seconds of yours.

Anyone could you inform me what is this? I was waiting for Stake to be addred to my account but its showing -17000000 whf is this happening with CENT?

It's cool.  If you read the message again, you may understand.

A transaction of 17000000 in your Piggy Bank is up for stake.  It is removed from your balance for a period of 25 blocks.  Thereafter, it will be returned to your balance with the added stake.  If it is 'not accepted', the 17000000 will be returned to your balance and will try again later.  If you did not receive the stake, you will see a 0 (in brackets) in your register.  If you received the stake, you will see a 0 (without brackets) in the register. The next time you start your Piggy Bank, that 0 will change to an amount of 17000000 plus your stake.

Thank you for the information.  I'm going to delete the config, which had been added and then changed three times according to instructions on this thread, and try again.
