Ok, So I will start cleaning up the first post , make it super simple and explain to people how Globe will keep evolving, adding new features and advertising like a boss.

I will keep the reserves page up on the site and keep the reserves in their wallets for a day or two just if you want to have one last look.

I think you have all put forward your concerns and I appreciate that but I think continuing to discuses this would make us go round in circles and the same points repeated. If you however have other concerns not yet raised feel free to post.

I hope over the coming days and weeks we will start to see a positive increase Smiley .

I am looking for Employees and willing to pay in GLB .

If you think you have something to contribute e.g. advertising, spreading the word etc. I will happily pay you some GLB on a per job basis. So shoot me a PM Smiley !

Thanks
Sphere

saw the changes. So you simply merge the two 10%? People are still concern with the "20% premine".
It's better to remove the taxes for a while, e.g., from 150000 blocks to 500000 blocks.
What do you think?

Yeah, if you do away with PSM and RES, 20% tax is way to high.

I don't know if a temporary removing of tax is good, since I think you will need the funds most now, and not in the future (even though GLB is worth less now). Maybe put a lowering mechanism in? So every X blocks, the tax drops with 1%, up till a minimum of say 5%.

I agree 20% is too high but like maardein said at this stage when the Globe exchange rate is low and market cap is low this is when we need it the most.

I think trying to put something in the code is not helpful simply because we can not predict when the market cap or price will rise. You can't say between X and Y blocks we will have very high market cap and high price. When the Globe price rises we really don't need the 20% we can start reducing it and I would be happy for the tax to be very small over the long run but like said the exchange rate and market-cap would need to be high.

One quick thing guys.

We have also been added to CryptoEX. You can trade here : https://cryptoex.cc/market/glb_btc

They are having 0% fees for first couple weeks.

This means we how have 2 exchanges : CryptoEX.cc and Poloniex.com

Lazycoins has also added Globe and is at beta stage Smiley

Is cryptoex the new coinmarket.io? They look quite the same...

I just sent mintpal a request to add GLB to the voting list. That exchange looks good, is fast, and could be one of the big upcoming exchange IMO.

I think they have both been designed using Bootstrap that's why they look similar.

That probably is the cause yes. I am getting a bit wary of all those new exchanges though. There have been a lot of problems lately.

Yes... Well the crypto industry is like the wild west best not to keep your money in any exchange for too long. To be honest these exchanges are giving Cryptsy a run for its money. Let's not forget how difficult it was to get on an exchange before these smaller ones started launching. Some of them will prove to be trustworthy as time goes on.

Do you have any plan to reduce the tax rate?

20% is not a big deal, see AUR/MAZA has 50% premine.
However, you might come to something special to convince people the meaning of the 20%.
For example, AUR/MAZA are distributed to every people in their community (Iceland or Traditional Lakota Nation).

Go to some charity might be good. We need to find something hot to do so.
Investigate into somewhere might be good as well.

Yep 20% will be reduced at some point see : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=360255.msg5523818#msg5523818

I will keep investigate good ways to spend the GLB taxed.

Maybe you could consider to use cryptocointalk forum. That one is much more organized.

Yes, cryptocointalk does really have good design and organization but I just think there are more people here.

I think there are more people here indeed. But I agree that it seems less crowded. Maybe some people started leaving because of bct's attitude towards altcoins?
