In the manifesto, please note that we did not mention all members of our team (both those in tech and on the marketing side) because we are running an exchange and we need to keep some members anonymous as failsafes. I respectfully disagree concerning your remarks about the team. The project here is building an exchange; not a blockchain. Our team is composed of exchange experts from both the crypto-sphere and the traditional financial world. To remove any doubts about our capabilities, the Blockchain.io platform is currently being developed as we speak. The Alpha is planned for June 2018 and the Beta for late July. Early investors will get access to Alpha & Beta.

 the situation will shift soon. We are currently working with a French bank and are constrained by French banking regulation, which is one of the strictest in the world. The banking cartel is very strong and proactively undermines our business. Following our migration to a different banking partner, they have imposed uncompetitive funding limits (10K€/year), preventing any significant high-volume traders from boosting volume and fueling platform liquidity. We are currently working on an alternative banking solution in Europe, and we plan to add USD & JPY to our bitcoin exchange. We are confident that volume will be back on Paymium once this is settled.

Good day to all. Very promising project, I think that everyone who supports it will not remain without thanks. A blockchain is a decentralized, distributed and public digital ledger that is used to record transactions across many computers so that the record can not be retroactively changed without altering all subsequent blocks and network consensus. It confirms that each unit of value was transferred only once, solving the long-standing problem of double spending. Blockchains have been described as a value - exchange protocol.

Well , i like this project cause Blockchain.io will list a careful selection of cryptocurrencies: Proof-of-Work (POW) coins such as Bitcoin, Ether or Litecoin, Proof-of-Stake (POS) coins like Qtum or Stratis, Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) coins, and other cryptographic protocols yet to be designed and minted. I'm really enthusiast about this french blockchain project for many reasons :

- Strong team with Pierre Noizat as funder which is a very famous french expert in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- They benefit from the experience of Paymium.com which is one of the oldest bitcoin exchanges in the world and hack-free since its inception in 2013. Ultra-secure and profitable, Paymium is registered with the French regulation authority ACPR and accounting is certified by external auditors.
- Their program is ambitious : Blockchain.io  aims  to  become  the  leading  cryptographic exchange in Europe by 2020 !
- The project leverages the latest developments in cross-chain atomic swaps, cryptographic protocols, and payment networks such as Lightning and Raiden to  overcome the scalability issues of decentralized blockchains. It will allow transactions across heterogenous blockchains, with increasing speed and lower cost of transactions.
- Blockchain.io is very concerned about security breachs and want to be an ultra-secure exchange. Their team has a lot of experience in this domain and seems to have the skills necessary to achieve this goal.

The crypto market is largely still in its infancy, specifically in Europe. There is a lack of transparent and regulated crypto-exchange with a proprietary token enabling institutions to launch their ICOs. Blockchain.io proprietary token will allow to offer incentives to bootstrap the liquidity of the trading platform.

sfter completed my reaserch  i serched this project on major ico rating sites..wow....! its amazing..its rated as 4.4 in icobench..its mt favorite ico ratings site. then i used to serch it in other major ico rating sits..its amazing again..all of them rate it above 4.. so im waiting till ICO to buy some coins and maximise my pofit..finnaly i would like to give some advice to newbies..do your own reserch on this project and invest on it and get maximum for your investment..goodluck

Decided to add this cool project. I really believe in it. This allows the participants to verify and audit transactions inexpensively. Transparent auctions several times a day to bootstrap new currency markets with an efficient price discovery mechanism. I hope it will go the fall, That's great nice project, follow the news. Decentralization is key to the realities being envisioned by investors in crypto currency. It will be nice to see how this project will deal with challenges in security, liquidity e.t.c. Transparency and integrity of the project are also going to be looked at, and I think this project will live up to expectations.
