I read about the project and a few comments here on Bitcointalk. One person said that he was not impressed with the team and he seemed to know what he was saying. I don't know about the people in your team but the CEO seems to have a lot of experience in crypto world and I also consider that in order to achieve your goals you need a bigger team. The project looks promising, I found the lagging of decentralised exchanges really annoying and if you can do something about that you will have a great advantage combined with the security part and the fact that the exchange will be strictly compliant to EU laws. Maybe, little by little , crypto will become more legitimate. We really need that now. I also liked that the coins traded on the exchange will be verified because there are a lot of scam coins at the moment. The ICO rating on Ico Bench is also pretty good (4.4) but no experts ratings. There a lot of projects involving exchanges these days and maybe you will succeed if you manage to keep your promises.
