could you update the list with new mining pools
I enter new pools within one week of a valid request. If there's a pool you use that is not here, get them to post a request in the usual format.

P2pool proxies are at the start. All pools identifying as non-p2pool-proxies are in the proxy section at the end. At the moment, the only non-p2pool proxy is Nicehash.

Organofcorti, great work that you do here - thanks for all the reports. On page 1 where you list the p2pool proxy mining pools the last two are down: p2poolserver.com and thash.pl. Also, where you provide a source for p2pool nodes there is also nodes.p2pool.co. Could that be added? Lastly, what exactly is a p2pool proxy server - is that just p2pool merged mining?

Done, also added coincadence.com Lastly, what exactly is a p2pool proxy server - is that just p2pool merged mining?
In this thread we had a discussion in which we decided that a p2pool proxy server was a node that anyone could use the same way as any other pool, with statistics and so on. It's a way to make p2pool more available for miners with a low threshold for fiddling.

Hello , We launched on 28.02.2015 a new NOMP setup pool since we are tired of jumping here and there . Its kinda a lottery one (but with higher chance) since its new and doesn't have much speed yet . Pool: Drakyla Miracle Pool (It will be a miracle at the moment with 22-23TH constant if we find a block ) (Later on if we grow it probably be changed to something more serious) Website: http://coinhash.eu ( http://78.130.227.176) Both should work Proxy: Are you a proxy pool? Options: No Generation address: 17acJFjgsv99UZ9cZu2XR4ntW1Kj4YVFHx Coinbase signature: The address above is signed as "Drakyla Miracle Pool" on blockchain.info Payout method: Proportional Fee: 0.1% at this moment (it may change at later date) Pay Tx Reward: Yes (at least think so , its NOMP pool) . Vardiff: options: Port 4507 = 512-4096 , Port 8192 = Constant 8192 , Port 3333= 8192-16384 Local Work: options: Stratum Pay Orphans: Do you reward miners even if a block is orphaned? Options: No. Min Withdrawal: There are no accounts . Payouts are directly on found block . Merge Mining: Options: No Regards

Confirm that you really want to use a proportional reward method, given that such a reward method could cause problems for you and your miners.

I think when a block is found the script itself (NoMP) split it between the shares (Prop) so i`m guessing the fees will be split too. As for the PROP method it will stay like this . After all we are against 350PH .. its normal miners with higher rate to take higher % of the block (if found). Regards

Regards A prop pool means that anyone who mines there should leave when the shares reach 43% and their shares will get paid (on average) significantly more per share than the shares of anyone who stays at the pool. Then rinse and repeat each time a block is found (assuming anyone stays after 43% )

Hello , Maybe i`m mistaking the terms , but so far i have figured out that. Taking your example for 43% and your estimate of 40mil shares on your pool . 43% from 40mil = ~17mil shares . On NOMP if there is 20mil shares on the found block then yes , they will be paid more (as normal) . But if miners leave on the 17th mil share and until block there is another 50 million shares the first 17mil will cost less than original (which is normal too since the block will be split between 67mil shares in the second example and between 20mil shares on the first example) . PPLNS are for big pools and such . So far we are struggling with our first block Regards

I think when a block is found the script itself (NoMP) split it between the shares (Prop) so i`m guessing the fees will be split too.
Can you confirm that? Maybe email the people developing your pool software? Hello ,
Maybe i`m mistaking the terms , but so far i have figured out that.
That's true, but as kano wrote, the expected value for any share submitted before 0.43*difficulty is greater than the expected value of any share submitted before after 0.43*difficulty. All this was covered and um hashed out (heh heh) years ago. Try reading these posts: http://howtohop.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/how-to-hop-5-back-to-basics.html?view=sidebarhttp://howtohop.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/how-to-hop-6-basic-probability-for.html?view=sidebarhttp://howtohop.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/how-to-hop-7-expected-share-values.html?view=sidebar

I can confirm that by default NOMP includes tx fees in the payout. However, I think (as you had pointed out) that the operator would be well advised to use pplns. It's a pretty simple change in the configuration. NOMP also has some pretty ugly issues with displaying statistics.
