Not saying it's true..But..
To this very day, the U.S. Patent office blocks all patent request for any and all patents labeled under, Free Energy, or Free Energy Device.
Despite attempts by some inventors with a list qualified scientist to back their findings, along with a group of patent attorneys working overtime, the U.S. Patent continues to openly refuse a U.S. Patent for any devices that does not require an outside source of fuel or energy of some kind to operate. IE: Solar power, gas powered, coal powered, hydro powered, wind powered, fusion powered, and so forth
It is reasoned/surmised that the U.S. Patent office position on this is do to one or two primary factors.
(1) The U.S. Patent office does not operate alone, and thus, answer to a higher protocol. ...and or,
(2) The U.S. Patent office will not grant a patent that endangers the well being of big oil, the coal industry, the nuclear industry, and the electric companies. Doing so would eventually cause political lines to be redrawn. The money made from selling war machines over oil would no longer viable, thus the patent office answers to a higher authority, but to who?
(3) The U.S. Invention Secrecy Act for the withholding of U.S. patents.

Revealed here in its entirety is a patent which, due to probable suppression by political, military and/or economic interests, you've never heard about. Granted to inventor Howard Johnson on April 24, 1979, the rights to which have expired since 1996, patent number 4,151,431. See there also patent number 5,402,021, also issued to Howard Johnson March 28, 1995 which continues to build upon the very same principals. These may, in fact, prove to be some of the most important documents in the history of mankind.
In short, it is a patent for a device capable of producing unlimited free energy with zero environmental impact. A device resembling an electric motor which produces work without electrical input, using only permanent magnets for motive force. What some might call perpetual motion. What the inventor believes is the harnessing of energy not thought possible by conventional science based on "incomplete information and theory with respect to the atomic motion occurring within a permanent magnet."

Seems people still want earth blood..black gold ..Texas tea..
I am on the fence because i do see why people don't want to loose oil countries depend on it..
But they don't see the fact they could do an energy tax..Then again if it's a private company they wont get the money the government does and shares it to the public not one man..
