I'm back on DOGE... Far more profitable. I think the pool I was using for CAT wasn't good. Was using http://cat.coinium.org/ and made apparently, only an equivalent of 5k DOGE in 12h. I used to make around 10k DOGE every 8 hours or so.. 500Kh/s hash rate.

i've been at cat.coinium.org for days and it is been working fine, i also have 4x the rash rate and it's a big pool so your shares are small with 500 khs

So what could be the problem then? Because I'm getting far less on CAT than I am with DOGE... Less than half as much it seems.

The problem is that you convert it to USD or BTC. But CAT is undervalued and is expeceted to raise in price. Then you'd make the same like with DOGE or even more. It's speculation

Or less? Lol.

How much CAT should I get in one day with ~500Kh/s? Is there a calculator? I know of Dustcoin.

I cancelled my sell orders for .015   Lets see I dont have much anyways just 300

As i wake up now and see what happens in the last 8 hours i can say everything seems to be good for CAT.

- Block Time 8 minutes @ diffi 172.

- 50 CAT every 8 minutes  -> low supply, rare coin

- Nethashrate @ 1.45 GH/s

- price is rising slowly

- very good community

- less profitable than mining litecoins what means miners stay away from only mining and dump into market.

- as long as hashrate is bigger than 1 GH/s i mine DOGE and sell directly to CATs

- if NEThashrate goes lower than  1 GH/s i mine CAT to support CAT

doge has it's purpose, i don't want to see it die
but cat is different...
if you want a meme coin that's cat based for doge find kitteh
it's another billions of coins coin
cat will see 21 million over time
most of the doge community doesn't have the patience for cat mining, i've been hearing it for days
they liked the first part of day one but once the difficulty hit 64 they left,
it's 172 now and very few coins a day and much harder to get blocks = more hey "i think this pool is scamming me"
now there might be some people in the doge community that doge was a door to crypto and now they want something stronger and not so tipbot
all are welcome
but we don't need to compete with  doge, we're competing with bitcoin
with the right guidance and cooperation this coin has a much greater potential than any gimmick could hope for...
