Just discovered CAT - but what's with the insane difficulty and the projected drop after "only" >1900 blocks? Is this some joke or a pre-mined crapcoin? And who would be dumb enough to burn GPU power on this?

Actually if it was premined, we don't have diff 170 and 1900 to recalc.

No, it wasn't premined. It's based on Bitcoin, but with Scrypt instead of SHA-256, so the difficulty went up quickly. Because some of the early miners still have quite a few CAT, they're screwing with the market prices and prevented it from being as profitable as it should be, so it's not got the hashing power it should have.

how to know if someone is screwing with the market, market manipulation?
How to see difference between - low need vs manipulation?

(I don't have much coins)

5 Cats (FIVE CATs) For ONE lucky winner!

-The Winner will be decided from the FIRST 20 posts that respect the rule above, I will use a random number generator to decide the winner so it will be fair (from 1 to 20)

Good luck and have fun guys ! Impress me with your memes! (it's easy and it doesn't require much; just a comment + a cat meme)

I would like to thank the person who donnated to me some cats, I rised the give away and it will be one of many so if you don't win now you'll have a chance to win next time Smiley
