Many write about the regulation of ico and protection of investors. I believe that the investor should think about where to invest, and secondly how do you imagine the regulator??

We cant deny that last year is a huge hype on the market but turns a big opposite right now. hypes are already ended for 5-6 months. nobody can collect money nowadays. even there were a few so strong projects tried to launch a crowdsale but couldnt collect money.

They will stop once people stop buying into them and giving them money, there are some very good ones about and I would recommend checking out my signature as this is a pretty hot one.

Mostly though it is getting easier to identify the clown projects so hopefully soon the money will dry up for these scam artists.

Right now, there are less investors in ICO because of the fraudness. So, soon there will be more regulations. ICO will be ruled by vatious blockchain based platform and the fraudness will be reduced. I don't think it will take more time. Within 2019, it will be possible.

I completely agree with you and I think that many users of cryptocurrency who are agitating to buy coins on stock exchanges, and not invest in ico companies should think so.
