We do need sanctions and rules and regulations that ICOs have to meet before they are put into the market in order to combat the growing problem of ICOs scams now. There is just way too much that is being done using ICOs and soon enough the scam coins will overshadow the good ones and that will be the last straw which breaks the camels back and people will stop investing in ICOs

I have a sad experience of investing in Russian crypto projects, with a good idea, a road map and other documentation. Now I believe that 99 percent of Russian projects are scammers.

As my opinion, I dont think so when will end the hype of an ICO because everyday there's a new coming ICO's project but i agree if have sanctions for ICO because some ICO's that scam previously will continue to scam again by terms of creating a new ICO project and collect money again from the investors. Its typically hard to find which is scam so the best way is to have a regulations for ICO.
