I strongly recommend that we should have one, it's become more an hyip but the big difference is you are at a big loss if the dev run away after collecting funds and they did not manage to get the project on the exchange, this is what disappoint investors that they are limiting their investment.

That's right, DYOR is a mandatory for every one. Just try to invest in an ico which has created or even supported a big advisor just like RSK bitcoin can be trusted and it will give more guarantee.
A lot of icos wanna get fast bucks from the investors but they have no any experience in this field.

There's no specific time when the hype is to stop or end because as long as crypto decentralized and no one who controlled in market it will still goes on the hype in ICO .But for me ,it is an opportunity for us because we can buy for affordable price in every coins.
