Every day more and more ICO collect money, and then disappear. Do you think we need sanctions for ICO?

As of now,  I think that the hype of ico has come to an end.  More and more of ICOs are scam and lots of them also are there for the benefit of some only. No more believes in ico.

This is the truth. I do not feel more that people are too much excited about ICOs. They have become more realistic. When choosing a project, they learn everything about it before making any investment.

IMHO It will never end because of peoples greed, it will transform in different forms like now in IEO, but people never stop hunting for easy money

Investments  in ICOs are a good thing for crypto development. The problem is with scam ICOs and not with the investing in ICOs. We need regulations for that and of course sanctions for the scammers.

I once invested in a company that produced renewable energy. It was not a blockchain business and guess what, they also scammed me and many other investors. Everyone must take care of their own financial affairs and regulators can try to give some guidance and protection. However, in a decentralized world it is very complicated to pass the correct legislation for this problem.

Basically, that idea doesn't make sense at all the only thing that will be related with the crypto and blockchain is a platform that tried to build a new financial ecosystem that used crypto as the system. renewable energy is not related to the blockchain.

The end of the market will only be happen once the cryptocurrency is not getting response from downfall.And if there are no projects ang ico will release but this year a several bounty projects and ico has been started so its a good sign that cryptocurrency is recovering and making some good movements since its rapidly collapse.

The place of such long-awaited regulators was occupied by crypto exchanges conducting IEO on their platforms. Now they are a guarantee that investors' funds are not going anywhere. I think this is a good alternative to ICO, because in the case of the slightest mistake, competitors will simply eat out the exchange.

At the moment I think the ico is not as popular as in 2017, few of the projects collect software cap , I think everyone has moved to ieo

Investors are getting wise now and hardly going after hyped ICOs as over time they either scam or list and abandon the project which will then end up valueless. So I think hype ICO will soon come to an end while projects with active products will do well during ICO.

Unfortunately a group that would help does not guarantee you success, they also have their own agenda and could be bias sometimes.
The investing platform now in ICO has improve, the IEO or Initial Exchange offering especially from Binance is a good place to invest, you will not be scam but there is still no assurance a coin will be valuable soon, that depends on the market and the investors.

This is true most ICOS nowadays are fake and scam so it's just a waste of time and money from the investors, until strict regulations is implemented this will not stop because these greedy people has no reason to be afraid of.

Why do people always invest in fake projects and lose their investment meaninglessly? The talented investors always learn and verify all information about ICO project before deciding to invest in that project. Don't skip the basic steps because your money is limited.

That often happens and nobody avoids the problem. One way to overcome ICO scam is that the project must have a trusted escrow. Because a good and serious project will certainly be able to do that. For the sake of its name ICo is good again going forward.

I think this year will be the end of ICO, i mean you know right that IEO become popular right now and i'm sure many project will follow that strategy too.

The sad is if ICO dead, is bounties will be dead too? Because if no more ICO, it means bounties will no more too.

The truth is that: There should be regulating frameworks around ICOs, thanks to the introduction of IEO, this will help mitigate the running of scam projects in form of ICO, however, exchanges must be careful not to conspire with fake team to issue IEO, and investors too should deal wisely when buying IEO to ensure reputable exchanges are patronized. There are still some good ICO with genuine intention.

Firstly, I want to clear out question asked by OP that the hype in ICOs will never end but will be reduce and it create a framework where scam project will be eliminated.
Omone, IEO does created an assurance platform for investors but it still doesn't save investors from scam cause most exchange that handle the IEO scheme barely conduct a deep research about project and this is why I believe the hype of ICOs will still exist.

I still think that regulations should be put in place concerning this, strong sanctions. Many individuals just wake up these and formulate something that's is not even obtainable in the name of an ICO project. They just use that to rob people of their hard earned funds. Care should be highly taken before investing on any ICO.
