how is this project going now?
Assuming that they are not even considering to answer any questions here, I would say it is not looking very bright. SKY is dead. Might as well kiss your investment goodbye team. Synth is a known con artist. We got had. Shame as it was a good "idea". Not to worry though, you can sell a sky miner for parts as I did and maybe if you got in early enough, break even in the next bull run. I sold my SKY on the day of homeinvasiongate and I am glad I did. Another coin for deadcoins.com All these good ideas sound too good to be true maybe. I also fall for these huge ideas from time to time, but maybe it is time to become more realistic and dream less again. Everything about SKY is "too good to be true" or "too stupid to be true"... That's why they spend every dime on astroturf and flying around the world bloviating at conferences... And paying $$$ to degenerate scammers like McAFee (who I'm sure has been indicted in the US = fugitive). Show me a detailed, working explorer for this "Mainnet" or it's all bullshit... The Testnet "explorer" looked like it was coded by a 12 yo in 5 minutes. |

So, let me try to get this: On the first page in Announcement you say "No mining". But you sell "Skyminer"  For 1999 USD equipped with 8x Orange Pi prime worth 560 USD + case, switch, cables, power supply (maybe 300 USD) = total ca 900 USD. So you profit 1000 USD per device. Is this "Coin" or project maybe just a nice way to sell chinese Raspi like copies? I am just guessing...  |

SKYCoin is worth buying now because I'm sure prices will continue to skyrocket, and I'm happy today prices have risen more than 24% and I'm optimistic to make SKYCoin for long-term investment. |

So the "next internet" will run on Raspberry Pi off an SQL database... Even old con man McAFee smiles approvingly at the audacity of these shady grifters. Spend as much $$$ as possible flying around the world to expensive conferences and hotels... Keep spamming the world with phony stories every single fucking day like sausages... If you just blinked... then you missed another whopper about SKY crushing Ethereum or Amazon or General Motors... This is the best project in crypto space. The only thing this coin needs is marketting. Tech is great with hardware. Skywire will build a decentralized internet. They also have a programming language caled CX. CX is tought as a lesson in one of the best Chinese University. Come on guys crypto is a new tech not a gambling platform..

If you are querying the unspent outputs for an address, you should obviously be doing it asynchronously through a remailer network and mix-net and you should be injecting all your transactions over the mixnet, but who does that? Isnt it valuable metadata and makes you a target, just for someone to know that you are running a node for a particular coin?
You could do every skycoin transation over the NYM mixnet that is being built right now. |
