Thank you Junko!  You are precisely correct.  We have the poker thread, the casino thread, support tickets and live chat all answering the same questions that is now confusing even the people answering and asking the questions!  This is why we try to keep all support questions in tickets for tracking, efficiency and expediency.  On top of that we have multiple staff members contributed to each outlet.

Oh Yeah, I totally admire your tenaciousness, and stamina. And of course you know, or i hope you know, i respect your efforts and your sincerity.

I do have a deep loyalty to Betcoin, and i am as i have said in a unique position to see the integrity of the decisions made, on a daily basis.

For those who do not know me, I do sometimes assist (only in a small capacity) with support on site, and help staff with design and promotion of Betcoin.ag ...So there is no doubt my opinions will be biased. I try to be fair and honest to an extreme and have earned a reputation as such. But there is indeed Bias, and that i can not help.

I have been with Betcoin since its infancy and thru its puberty. I agree OH YEAH that we coulda shoulda woulda done a few things differently, but over all i give a score 98% ..... A+ overall ..... ( but perhaps B- in communications .. imho that is the true issue at hand.) I would like to see us develop a Bulletin Board within the site to help with that.

It simply is not possible to please all players 100%...... but decisions are always made with the players benefit at heart. I have first hand experience seeing the great lengths Betcoin goes, to do right by it's players. And the VAST MAJORITY are very happy.

One thing Betcoin cant tolerate at a support level is badgering or spam, it robs the resources needed to accommodate all the new player's support requests. Due to the phenomenal growth we are experiencing, we get a lot of simple support requests that can be very quickly resolved, it is just not fair to leave a brand new player waiting 15 minutes for a 60 second fix. (1st time w/d or deposit or p2p or casino bonus or how do find my bonuses, simple stuff)

We have not been perfect, We are pioneering something special here. I am pretty sure some lessons will be learned as we go. This is good stuff, a public discourse is how things get better and better.

We do not wish to discount the message because of the messenger, however to some extent that does happen. If that party is overly demanding and badgers support and or spams support. Never the less, efforts are made to help, until it becomes counterproductive.

I do not participate at this forum often, i simply do not have time, but will try to go thru this thread and although i do see some valid points in your posts, the accusations you make are way off base.

The absolute last thing Betcoin would do is act unethically or w/o great integrity. There is just way to much at stake, and besides we simply are not that type people. I know the character of the Staff at Betcoin, and I have 100% trust, they will always, do their very best, to do right, by our players. 100%

I dont wish to banter back and forth via a forum, i simply dont have time. But i did want to give my honest opinion of Betcoin.

I am very proud of Betcoin and i have great confidence in the Betcoin brand. They are, and have proven worthy of my trust, time and again. I trust them implicitly to do their very best with players needs first and foremost. This is as honest as i know how to say it.

Lol, Yes I did mention efficiency and expediency in one place and that is the Betcoin ticket system where we handle over 100 tickets each day.  99 out of 100, daily know of this place, I guess you are the 1 out of 100 that doesn't because you ask question here, the casino thread and the tickets and expect efficiency!

We apologize for the delayed response on this ticket as our thread has been very popular as of late.  Many of the heads up sitngo's are not available on Betcoin at this time however you can play them through our parent site ACR anytime.  WE will keep you posted as to when they return, but they were removed quite some time ago.  We thank you for playing with us and we are here for you anytime.

Most heads up sitngo's are currently unavailable through the Betcoin interface but you can play them through our parent site ACR anytime.  We will keep you posted if an when they return, but they were removed quite some time ago.  Thank you for playing with us.

After speaking to you privately about some of these issues and being promised that you would not allow anything to get swept under the rug, it was pretty disapointing when you didn't even bother to take the time and find out the facts - it's easier to just write me off as just another troll but look closely and youll see every claim I've made about betcoin I've backed up with evidence.  Some of them are complicated issues, but that's  no excuse.

You call yourself : "Poker Professional, Bitcoin enthusiast. Site pro @BetcoinAG dedicated to safe pleasant online poker experience."

Putting Betcoin before the game itself is irresponsible.

In other news, I exchanged a few pms with Betcoin last night. 

Cliffs (No typos, they just don't make sense, perhaps Jessica was drunk or something):

- Betcoin would much rather have me back in the community.

- The community is a lot smoother now that I am gone which is allowing them to fix things.

- I am always welcome back (im still banned)

- Because of me, Bitcoin Talk referrals have never been higher, I should be paid for helping them grow!

- They encourage me to ask more questions, because my questions are important. (they haven't answered any)

- I’m definitely bringing in new players, they appreciate it.

- This has been a very good experience for the forum rep.

(Normally I would never share a pm without permission - I think this is an acceptable time to make an exception)

We certainly appreciate the feedback and this seemed to be intermittent and should be working well now.  There is a single venue, on the support page www.betcoin.ag/support and in the live chat where we can get to the issues at hand promptly and keep a good record of them.

A scam?  One thing we always see is the word scam being used very freely here at Bitcointalk.  We can't control if some bitcointalk members think other bitcointalk members are trolling or not.  You are addressing a player on our website and Betcoin at the same time with these comments and the player certainly doesn't speak for Betcoin.  

Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily.  Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years.  Customer service can always be improved and will continue to be improved, but we are surprised by your use of the word scam.  

With that said, we are reviewing your particular ticket in detail still and as stated would have the resolution in full by Monday at the latest.  On another note, the traffic and player volume has increased to its highest point over the last 2 weeks, which we are very happy to report.

Could you please elaborate on this.
What is your parent company's name?

How do the owners overlap with BetCris?
BetCris is an established and honorable brand.
But " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris..." is a vague statement that could be anything. Or nothing, as I could state I overlap with PinnacleSports.

What do you mean by "overlap"?
If I was in conversation with one of the principals of BetCris, would that person vouch for your company?

Or does this "overlap" only mean you rent offices and internet lines from them, or something similar?

Why isn't there a single Betcoin thread where comments about the sportbook/poker/casino could be posted, which is what almost every other btc gambling company has?

Agree with Betcoin and the posters that it is confusing this way.

But support tickets keep the issues secret.
Transparency is obtained by posting in the thread as far as other posters being informed of problems.

I'd suggest Betcoin consolidate to one thread for all of their operations.

Banning players from the site for discussing site issues/problems does not look good.

If someone is interfering with the forum and hijacking every thread with numerous posts, that could be a problem.

But it is also a warning sign for players if a site bans players due to their wanting answers to problems and questions.



Incidentally, months ago I looked at Betcoinsports and had great difficulty getting anything responded to, either via emailed support and/or via their thread.

It was only when I posted in the Peeps thread and Peeps contacted them that they turned on the bs machine and started responding with the same non-answers as they are doing in this thread.

Shortly after that they posted that they've increased their cs, numerous new hires, 24/7 support, a glorious new world of wonder awaits us all, bla bla.

But it's obvious from reading this thread that the cs is as bad as ever.

Thank you for your feedback.  Yes, traffic and activity continues to increase.  We are also working very hard on some additional improvements we hope to have ready by the beginning of the year.  You are certainly right about not being able to please everyone but we certainly will continue to try.

I go to Betcoin.ag and see more people playing poker, communicating in the forum, the sportsbook, casino and the dice tournaments than ever.  270 people online right.  Keep doing what you are doing guys because as this forum proves you can't please everyone. 

On another note, will you be updating the post on the BitcoinTalk Tournament?   The OP didn't post last week.  Keep this tournament.

A good start to "try to please everyone" would be to answer the numerous people who have posted complaints or even questions.

The silence is deafening, especially when you manage to respond within 30 minutes to the two or three very obvious shill accounts who only say "I LIKE BETCOIN IT BE GOOD!"
