they've given up on this forum, so we are accomplishing something.
I would much rather them have an active presence, admit their mistakes and misdeeds, and work to correct them. Them closing up shop and ignoring even basic questions is a Very Bad Sign.

Having chatted with admin many times it seems that a lot of things are being blown out of proportion. They can easily payout multiple $1,000,000 guaranteed tournaments in crypto, so it doesn't seem to be about the money. Are they trying to take a few extra chips from poker. Absolutely not. They own a full gaming platform which generates a lot more revenue. And since they have handed out so much in freebies to all of us (Free Spin Fridays, old surprise box, freerolls, handouts, etc) they were upset that the same players that received the freebies are now irate over some minor poker issues. At the end of the day, the Poker room is improving and still hold the best rewards.

They have successfully taken tens if not hundreds of bitcoins in extra chips from poker. Absolutely. The fact that they didn't steal from a couple of players doesn't negate the funds that were stolen from hundreds. Why do you see this as a "minor issue"? Why won't the admin post on here? What happened to "there are no difficult questions"?

I have a small question, I have in my wallet - "Poker Bonus Chips: XX" How can I release it? Thanks.
Did you mean withdraw it? If that is there is a withdraw button in your wallet near to p2p transfer you can click on it. OR if you want to convert it to play chip you can do it also by clicking transfer

Did you mean withdraw it? If that is there is a withdraw button in your wallet near to p2p transfer you can click on it. OR if you want to convert it to play chip you can do it also by clicking transfer You can't withdraw poker bonus chips, you have to release them. "bonus chips will be released into the player account at 15% of rake and tournament fees" It doesn't pay out accurately though. (for exampla: In about 30k hands ive paid over 3BTC in cash game rake plus over $1500 usd in WPN rake, but I've only released 0.396 BTC bonus chips.) The last player Iknow of who tried to explain to them that they were not receiving what they were told they would (username: GirlScout) ended up getting "complain shamed" in chat by either william or paul(how can you complain when the rake is so low and the withdraw times are so fast?!?), they were also banned for a bit after posting about it on this forum. they've given up on this forum, so we are accomplishing something.

Them closing up shop and ignoring even basic questions is a Very Bad Sign. @Darkdays I suppose accomplishment isn't the right word. I agree it would be better if they maintained an active presence. I think them leaving is a sign that we are making an impact. There is no excuse for their actions and it seems as if they are not yet willing to "admit their mistakes and misdeeds, and work to correct them" Maybe one day they will, maybe not. Theyve done a good job at getting players to just stfu in the past, but failed here and imo only did more damage trying with all the lies. I'm not done though, dont worry everyone Have plans to bring even more attention to the scummy things betcoin has done, is doing and likely will continue to do. @Xaio Having chatted with admin many times it seems that a lot of things are being blown out of proportion. They can easily payout multiple ,000,000 guaranteed tournaments in crypto, so it doesn't seem to be about the money. Im not surprised they told you it's not a big deal. I don't think they think it's a big deal either. I'm trying to blow things into proportion and I don't think were there yet. Getting closer though. Nobody is claiming they cant payout tournaments. You think a casino should be trusted because they have a lot of money? Do you trust them more than any of the mega casinos around the world which are highly regulated? They all have tons of money and have all been caught stealing money from players one way or another. To clarify, my only point is that your "their owners have a lot of money so they would obviously never steal" is weak. they have handed out so much in freebies to all of us (Free Spin Fridays, old surprise box, freerolls, handouts, etc) they were upset that the same players that received the freebies are now irate over some minor poker issues. At the end of the day, the Poker room is improving and still hold the best rewards They could give 1000 chips to every player every day for a month and it wouldn't make it ok for them to steal - even a little bit! It also wouldn't give them the right to keep anything they "unintentionally took". I think the only reason you are suggesting what they are doing is ok is because they are making you money and you don't really even know wtf is going on. Low rake, freerolls, handout, freebies should be red flags, not justification, when discussing the ethics of a business. They are not fixing their mistakes, they are bribing those who noticed and complained. Also, for the record, we aren't just talking about a few chips. We're talking about over 100 BTC since last Feb. If you're confused about that number, you can go back and dig through this wreck of a thread over the last 6 weeks or so, or you can wait for me to finish organizing the scam accusation.

What do you mean they gave up on the forum? Maybe they just don't have much to say at the moment....I don't know because I haven't gone too far back thru the thread yet....it's usually just more of the same stuff so I don't bother too much anymore....maybe they feel the same?

AFAIK poker chip can be converted to btc and then you can directly send it to your wallet right? So you can play a little bit there using your btc before you withdraw it. So actually how much do they need to pay you back? It should be 3btc again r there is some fee that you need to wait a couple time before you can withdraw all your winning?

So actually how much do they need to pay you back? It should be 3btc again r there is some fee that you need to wait a couple time before you can withdraw all your winning? Not sure if I understood you properly ...but the question about bonus chips is quite simple. As stated in the bolded part above (it's a copy/paste from their T&C): if you have bonus chips in your account you will have them added to you player balance (therefore immediately withdrawable) at the rate of 15%. So if you pay 1 BTC in rake/fees you will have 0.15 BTC added to your player balance: but you will have to play ( and so generate rake/fee) using your own balance in the sense that you can't use that bonus chips balance to join real money games. hope this helps

Can someone please explain how the poker tournament prizes work? I see 3 people registered for a tournament, and it's telling me the 1st place wins "100% + 1000mB guaranteed". Does that mean 100% of the prize pool plus 1 BTC? Looking at old tournaments, it seems like the winner doesn't get the sum of those two things at all, and only gets the greater of the two amounts. So what does the plus sign indicate if not addition? Should the award be rewritten to say "max(100%, 1000mB)" to be more accurate?

In the picture you showed, 1st place would get 100% of the prize pool with a guarantee of 1 BTC. If I were to guess, I'd guess that the plus sign is supposed to be on the other side of the prize amount.

Ohh, nevermind, found the real one: Anyway, I'm feeling like betting some, was wondering if you would have some cool bonuses for someone who has been there from the start?

What it means is that the guarantee is 1000mBTC plus 100% of anything over the guarantee if it covers the overlay. So, if the tournament generates 1100mBTC then the winner will get the whole prize of 1100mBTC; however, if the tournament only generates 800mBTC the winner is still guaranteed the 1000mBTC and the site gets stuck covering the overlay.
