Why, need a long time to withdrawal here? I had Withdrawal 1 hour 57 minutes ago
but still pending.  Angry

Is that big amount? Perhaps because it is Sunday so they need to do a manual withdraw, but I think you do not need to worry about it since this is a great trusted bitcoin gambling site. Just be more patient and wait..

"Just be more patient..."

I disagree.

This is bitcoin.
A withdrawal should be instant, but certainly within 15 minutes.

No withdrawal should take 1 hour 57 minutes.

I recommend that anyone having trouble with withdrawals/cs/grading issues should cut and paste the post they've made in this thread and post it also in the following thread:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.1660

Doing that will make the issue known to a larger audience, and also may get the issue resolved faster.

Wow....nice!  I just looked it up.  I learned something today.  You know, I asked Phil directly how all the different skins were related but he didn't explain it all that well; he just said that each skin negotiates their own contracts on an individual basis.  Thanks.  That actually answers a lot of my own questions.  So, Betcoin.ag is a part of the WTN and the WTN is a part of the WPN.

I believe there's 6 or 7 sites that make up WPN who are actual partners and have been around for over 10 years. (BetCris, 5dimes, BCP, ACR, BetDSI, Bookmaker, True maybe 1 other).  In 2014 they started offering a plug in for  igt software to anyone who purchased a license to run their own network.  They basically just sell them tournament tickets which allows the network to access some of the WPN tournaments.

This is directly from the WPN_TD (referring to Betcoin):
Quote
Unfortunately we cant tell them how to speak or treat their customers. We just provide them with tournaments basically.

I mean, I would never speak to a customer like they do but thats just me.

I just briefly went through the thread that you sent and wow. I am sorry to see that happen to you.

To be honest i am surprised how they spoke to you, i mean i try and speak to players on a personal level but there is cut off point so to speak of what and how.

He still plays on Betcoin all the time, he post here and other places then goes and play on them.

Twitchyseal / OHYEAH logs into Betcoin.ag everyday guys which is great and we welcome him anytime so long as he is not spamming which has been under control.  Not to mention the many multi-accounts we had to shut down that also logged in frequently.  He has earned a Betcoin Poker PLAYERS CLUB 5 BTC VIP Freeroll ticket to the January 10 tournament and is very welcome to play in this tournament and enjoy playing at Betcoin anytime.  We thank everyone for their support and we look forward to making Betcoin exceptional for all of you in 2016.

Unless there's someone out there impersonating a scammer -

iGambleBTC = Rozay/LCDaboss/iSmoke/ogklutch/mrbluntz

Well known scammer for years in several online poker communities. Begs for loans, stakes, anything really - he repays a some of his debts occasionally if he thinks it will help him get more, gambles till broke, lies about his debts as long as someone might buy it, then  disappears for a couple weeks, returns with sob story looking for sympathy, repeats pattern. Been going on for years.  I call him out every time he pops up somewhere begging for something, and will continue to do so.

Very professional Betcoin.

I wasn't banned for spamming.

I was banned for bringing up legitimate issues that you refuse to address to this day.

Ignoring me didnt work.  Trolling me didn't work. Seems like now the plan is to just discredit me by making up whatever bullshit you think you can get people to believe. This will also fail.  I'm not giving up.  Why not just admit what eventually everyone will know you do, and put a little effort into making 2016 a little less scummy for everyone.

Just for the record, I have made multiple accounts to chat with. I'm not exactly proud of it, but they were used for chatting and that's it.  I have never played a hand of poker on your site on any account other than my own (TwitchySeal/OHYEAH)

The following is from a post by Betcoin William you can find HERE He posted it about 2 weeks ago, but I just saw it recently.

Quote
OHYEAH hasn't been banned for nearly two weeks and has been playing almost daily in the casino. OHYEAH was banned for spamming and even he said he should be banned publicly. He also, had other accounts which he played during the ban which take a lot of time to track. Don't be fooled by what someone says and what you do not know. OHYEAH was active yesterday.

Like the post above, it's mostly lies.  But let's pretend  it is true.  So Betcoin bans me for spamming  - during the ban I multi account and keep playing - why the fuck would they just unban me out of the blue, put multiple daily coin and freeroll tickets in my account, and not bother to ask me to stop multi accounting.

Now back to reality:

I basically stopped playing on betcoin the third week of October, but I can say with confidence that I have not played a hand of poker on Betcoin since November.  On any account.  ZERO.

I believe I played under 200 hands of cash, and maybe 4 tournaments in November.  Two of them being freerolls while I was ip banned and account disabled - just to prove a point that they aren't even competent at banning players when they try. I was averaging over 130 mtts/month for several months before that at Betcoin. (Overall I played over 3500 online mtts and 375k hands of cash in 2015 if anyone cares)

When I was first able to log into my betcoin account after ban, I immediately exchanged all my betcoin points and withdrew ~60 chips or so.  later i realized I still had a few in the poker balance, transfered them to the casino and just shot them off.  Wait a minute, this doesn't matter.  Betcoin is lying, that's my point.  If anyone really cares, ill post screen shots of my logs.

Anyway, this has inspired me to give myself deadline.  By next saturday night I will start a new thread somewhere with a comprehensive OP breaking down each issue and organizing all the evidence I have so that it's all in the same place.

BetCris was one of the sites that was absorbed, along with many other sites, by the Winning Poker Network (WPN). Betcoin.ag is part of the WPN so the software and the player pool used by Betcoin.ag are controlled by the parent company which is the Winning Poker Network. The specific dynamics of the individual contract that Betcoin.ag has with the WPN I don't know but the rest can be Googled.

Wow you are so full of shit.

Did you confirm your withdrawal? In case you didn't already know, when you initiate a withdrawal, they send you a confirmation email to the email address you have for your account. You must then confirm your withdrawal thru this email before they finish processing your withdrawal. If you check your Events history (from your Wallet page) you will be able to see theses steps time stamped as you complete them.

Hello, please be sure to confirm your withdrawals with the email that is sent to you for your security.  We do not see any confirmed withdrawals still pending at this time.  What is your login name however and we can help you further?

Also, with poker because of collusion, multi-accounting, chip dumping, fraud and abuse, we cannot have instant withdrawals.

I should also note, we have 24/7 live customer support chat to address your issues anytime.  Thank you.

How is that?  Betcoin.ag is part of the WPN's player pool and the dynamics of the individual contract is something that I acknowledged I did not know.  Everything I said was true.

If you would like to confirm what I said go here: http://www.sharkscope.com/#Player-Statistics  and hover over the WPN in the search bar; there, you can view a list of the WPN's network skins.

They are provided with tourney access by WTN to access the player tourney pool and that's about all. To say that they are part of WPN or that they are controlled by the parent company is misleading.

What are the requirements for the freeroll. I have to introduce some money or I can be registered on the site and just play?   Smiley site looks nice.

This is their default stance with all of their skins.

They acually do more than just give Betcoin.ag the ability to "sell 'tickets' to the players" in the network. They also handle the day to day business, which includes: no liability for any WTN overlays; access to network freerolls; no set-up fees; welcome and marketing packages; personal account manager; servers, hosting and bandwidth free of charge; fraud and collusion detection. Citation here.

A reference to logic:

My dog is an American Terrier, American Terriors are canines; therefore, my dog is a canine.

Compare with:

Betcoin.ag is a member of the WTN, the WTN is a member of the WPN; therefore, Betcoin.ag is a member of the WPN.

The WPN's hierarchy is fairly complicated due to their profit sharing and stake holding structure. Phil, the president of the WPN, holds different stakes in several of the various skins, so control of the various skins is divided according to each members stake.  That's why the structure of the network is so obscure.  That does not negate the fact that Betcoin.ag is a member of that structure as opposed to being a member of Merge, Revolution, or any other network.

That is the most bizarre analogy I have ever seen. If you think comparing dog breeds translate into businesses basically it is a waste of time discussing anything with you. Hope your  paid to post campaign is doing well. LOL

It wasn't an analogy.  It was an allusion to set theory and a reference to logic.

EDIT: And insisting that Betcoin.ag is not a member of the WPN's player pool is beyond bizarre....LOL

A reference to logic:

When someone calls my cat a scammer, he claims his father was an American Terrier , American Terriors are canines; therefore, my cat is a canine and how dare you say otherwise.

Compare with:

Betcoin.ag is a member of the WTN, the WTN is a member of the WPN, BetCris is also a member of the WPN; therefore, Betcoin.ag deserves respect because they are working with Betcris and how dare you call them a scammer dooglus!

fyp

added the logic

LOL...I don't know how sound that reasoning seems to you....but, I don't think it makes much sense.

EDIT: And inserting extra verbiage and citing it as a quote attributed to me....isn't very fair.

It doesn't make sense to me why you think anyone is arguing that Betcoin is or is not a part of WPN player pool.

Here's the issue:

Dooglus said this:
Quote
This is the first time I've worried about betcoin being a scam.

Betcoins Defense included this:
Quote
Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years.  Customer service can always be improved and will continue to be improved, but we are surprised by your use of the word scam.

This got a lot of attention because BetCris is (I think) the biggest sports book in the world with a solid rep since the 80s. (rest of the world just waits for their line usually)

Since then, they've probably been asked over 50 times for some sort of clarification, but just pretend they never said it.

Maybe there's a good reason for not elaborating and it was just a mistake to mention it in the first place.  But they keep coming back with responses like these....

Quote from: Betcoin.ag
What question(s) do you want answered?  There are no difficult questions.  We know as we grow you can't please everyone but we certainly try.  We continue to experience very good growth in this industry and we are continuing to work on some remarkable improvements at Betcoin.

Quote from: Betcoin.ag
What questions?

You are helping as we can track the clickthroughs coming from bitcointalk and the specific threads they come from.

What specific issues.

We would like to provide a bonus for you to come back in and enjoy the great community, but I guess we need to answer some questions you have?

After comments like this, they will just ignore the issue for weeks and then do the whole thing again.

fyp = fixed your post, meaning I changed it to something else.

mild trolling - mostly because I was confusing you with ftwbtc for some reason who loves telling a big fats lie about me

EDIT: And insisting that Betcoin.ag is not a member of the WPN's player pool is beyond bizarre....LOL

They aren't tho.  You've had this explained to you multiple times.  They are allowed to contribute to WTN's player pool, but they are not guided by WPN or governed by WPN and when they fuck up on their end, WPN does not bail the players out.  If you'd like proof of those facts, just look at the fact that Betcoin operates in many jurisdictions where none of the actual WPN skins do.  If Betcoin was actually a skin of WPN, then WPN would inform them, much like they've informed the actual skins, that they needed to pull out of those jurisdictions (as all of the skins have) because they are concerned about legal issues that may arise.

Anyway, once you are past this, my question to you would be why are you white-knighting a site that won't even defend itself against questions/comments that it has solicited?

Exactly. If he  does not get this time. Then he is just posting to get paid for the signature campaign.

I'm not even talking about who bails who out, or who governs what....I concede that point.  I am saying that Betcoin.ag is included in the WPN's player pool.  This is how I know:  When I play the WPN tournaments from ACR, Blackchip, True poker...etc, I see players from Betcoin.ag at my tables.  And, when I play the WPN tournaments from Betcoin.ag, I can see the ACR, Blackchip, True Poker...etc players at my table too.  So, either we're part of the same poker player pool or there is something seriously weird going on!  Am I confused or does anybody else see players from other skins at their tables too?
