That's possible, but unlikely since she probably has to be on her best behavior after her recent time out. 

Maybe this is her best behavior, she is management after all.  (Or perhaps she was telling the truth when she told us she was just a forum rep.  Who knows)

After an extensive review and research, Betcoin Poker was able to pinpoint the programming error that caused the rake overcharges from 10/30/15-12/9/15 and is providing refunds to players or a Daily Coin Ticket based on the following criteria. If a player played at Betcoin Poker using the 100% rakeback promo, the player will technically owe funds to Betcoin. Instead of taking these funds from the player account, the player can create a ticket requesting a Daily Coin Ticket in lieu of the account review.

Each player requesting a refund of the overcharged rake must create a ticket here: www.betcoin.ag/support. The review of the player account will take up to 10 business days to complete. If the player owes Betcoin funds, the player's account will be deducted those funds, however if the player chooses to accept a ticket in lieu of a review, the player will be awarded the ticket.

Are you saying that you may have accidentally taken too much money from me, but in order to find out whether you did I have to forego a free tournament entry?

How am I meant to know whether the value of the proposed bribe is bigger or smaller than the amount you accidentally took from me before you tell me how much you took from me?

Couldn't you just tell me how much you took? It shouldn't be too hard to make a list of how much each player is short:

  Loop over all the hands in the affected period {
    Calculate the amount of rake taken
    Subtract the amount of rake that should have been taken
    Assign the difference to the relevant player totals
  }

If that's too much, could you maybe send me my hand history over the relevant period so I can do the math for myself please?

I am on multiple sites its pretty much you guys and two other sites I can not access due to having a old computer but I believe I read a response to me that stated you guys had something in the works and I look forward to it.

First off: welcome back Jessica!

Secondly, why was it being said that support/management "didn't know" why Twitchy was banned or who banned him?  Was that a lie or was your post here a lie?

Thirdly: why would you block someone from your site who you claim you appreciate and who you claim provides valuable feedback?  Seems like a horrible way to treat a customer who provides valuable feedback and who you appreciate.  How many other members that you appreciate have you blocked from the site?  Also, how much of Twitchy's "valuable feedback" has your site used to improve?

Oh, and of course: why are you sending your users...who you are here for anytime (except when they have questions) constant phishing emails?

To clarify:  Created over 100 accounts for communication purposes, not cheating purposes.  Jessica loves to ban right in the middle of a conversation, or even right after asking me a question directly, so I got pretty good at creating a new account and logging back in within 10 seconds, literally. 

I was banned on and off for most of December-March.  They never explained why I was unbanned how I could avoid being banned again and the only answer I got second hand for ever being banned was "spamming"  When I asked for them to tell me what I said that they considered "spam" they ignored me.  I even made a post asking for clarification from staff over a month ago. I have some feedback.  It's very bad for the players that you cut the rakeback in half.  It's going to be bad for your site as now less people are going to be encouraged to start tables.  Also it's pretty scummy to announce 50% but then quote a post where you say it's 100%, and also to have it say 100% on your site.

(also I'm still waiting on an answer as to why you keep sending your loyal players phishing emails)

Well, I think we all knew the day would eventually come when the 100% table starter bonus would be no longer. It couldn't last forever, obviously, not at 100%. That's just not sustainable, especially as the number of players increases as it has (modestly) and hopefully will continue to increase. It was good while it lasted (for me, at least) though. I definitely took advantage of it and hopefully I and others will be able to take advantage of whatever tweaked version they end up with. I'm happy they even still have a tsb. Hopefully they will continue it for the foreseeable future.
