UPDATE:  The WPN tourneys are working well as the network is running smoothly, however the Betcoin tournaments had an integration issue on the new servers.  These will be fixed by Tuesday at which point we will announce a 1 btc thank you freeroll to thank all of you for your support.

so is this gooing to be played in place of the 250gaur that was cancelled?  If so bigger buying but larger playing field doesnt really make up for that particular tournament although it is a nice gesture

So tournament/sng play isn't going to be working until Tuesday?
Wow, well so much for spending my day off playing some poker. Seems like lately every time I log in to relax and play some cards, there's some issue.

How about also sending E-Mails to users to let them know of server downtime, maintenance and any other issues that may arise. I shouldn't really have to come to the forums to see why the hell I can't play. Not that I don't love it here, but it's a little annoying.

Also, for the 5th maybe 6th time... Are there any updates as far as a game ledger goes? Something to keep track of wins/losses?

Yea they load, but I can't register for whatever reason. The software says my 'available balance' is different then my actual balance. So it's like I don't have the funds available to play evemn though I do.
Not only that, I'm getting all sorts of Javascript errors when the lobby stays open.

I dunno, I think I'm done messing with this for the day.

BETCOIN UPDATE: Improvements, Fixes, 100% Bonuses, 1 BTC Freerolls & More

Extending our sincerest gratitude to those that continue to support us and rewarding you for it, now that all issues have been fixed.

We want to first start by thanking our wonderful players, affiliates and employees for their enormous support. We receive your thankful and supportive emails everyday and we will always be here for all of you. Betcoin experienced a server issue over the weekend on a Sunday when our smaller support staff was in and it inundated our smaller weekend staff. We called in additional members of the staff and had our software provider fix the issue. Ultimately, we were able to get to everyone’s emails and make sure that everyone was taken care of. The fact is the issues that we have experienced are unacceptable and we have been furious with our server and software providers as well as diligently working with them to fix the issues and ensure that they do not happen again. We are 100% committed to Betcoin and we will always make sure everyone is taken care of. We have been assured as of today that server and software issues are now behind us!

Despite extortion attempts, hacking attempts, and negative comments Betcoin will continue to work very hard to deliver the best online gaming experience possible and we appreciate all of you for your support. We have a wide variety of new features, bonuses, promotions and more to present to you and can now begin to roll them out. Despite the issues that we have experienced we are happy to report that our player base and player activity continues to grow. Play throughout the network is at an all time high and we are thankful to all of you that have entrusted your faith in us. We will not let you down. The issues have been extremely frustrating to us and we appear to be through it and we will continue to take care of all of our great players.

To thank you all for dealing with the inconvenience we will be offering a one time 100% casino deposit bonus up to 1 btc for all deposits over 0.05 btc starting now. This bonus will expire on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:59 EST. Simply respond to this email with your username and Appreciation Bonus or email support(a)betcoincasino.com with your username and Appreciation Bonus.

As another thank you we will be running another 1 btc freeroll on September 14, 2014, if this tournament reaches 300 people, we will run another 1 btc freeroll on September 28, 2014, if this tournament reaches 500 people, we will run a 2 btc freeroll October 12, 2014. We will keep you posted about this.

We are incredibly thankful for all of you that continue to play in our casino, sportsbook and poker room. We are very close to having everything working perfectly and we are taking note of the players that have been supportive because we will be providing something special for each of you in the near future. Thank you again and we are here anytime.

Sincerely,

Betcoin Team

All these tournaments have returned.  It was the programming issue that we had to have fixed.  The 250 will be played on Saturday and the 1 btc will be played on Sunday.  Thank you.

Does this guy think by making his TEXT HUGE and crying that he will get our attention? I know for me, I ignored it. First it's way too big which makes you an asshole, second it's way too much crying which makes you a baby.

Betcoin isn't a scam site bro. I've withdrawn and deposited just fine. I've won and lost games just fine. Every now and again the site goes down or has some sorta glitch but from my view the company is very forthcoming with the information and is VERY fast to respond.

The only thing I noticed they seem to dodge is questions about gaming ledgers to see games won/lost and the flow of earnings to and from.

Outside of that, I think you need to calm your ass down bro. Maybe poker isn't for you. Cheesy

Thanks for the message, the downtime should now be finally all fixed and we should be able to move forward with many of the promotions and features including the ledger of all games, tourneys, with rewards for these!  We had to deal with these unforeseen programming issues that thankfully finally look fixed.

With regard to the issue with the one player, we will release a statement later today, however we must state that the 23 coins complained about were sent to a confirmed address by the player in their email.  23 coins is not an issue at all to is, however being defrauded is.  Members of our staff from other big online gaming websites and members of other big online gaming websites suggested we follow a policy of not responding to forum complaints because people get outrageous and addressing all customers directly and promptly through email and live chat.  We will always do this and we are over 12,000 players and one person is making these complaints, while our player volume has improved and deposits have increased since these posts first began.  We are committed to providing a great gaming destination and we thank you all for your support.

Exactly! Is it out of the realm of possibility that this user made a mistake? It's very possible.
Is it also possible that Betcoin made a mistake? Very possible.

The reality of the situation is, they have a money maker here. A very large money maker. It wouldn't be smart to duck out early with a big chunk of money when they could play by the rules and keep players happy and at the same time keep those big paychecks coming.

Time will tell with this issue, but I tend to side with the company over the user spamming a forum rather then going through the proper channels. I know he said he 'tried' but who knows.

Time will tell.

Oh, and I'm pumped that the ledgers are coming! Thank God for that!
