merc, much appreciated for fixing up the stratums earlier today; thanks for also replying about H2O wallet and considering EXE
merc please consider EXE once more it has gone nothing but upwards except for the dip in the last day (all alt-coins dipped basically)
thanks man! you'll thank me!

Hello. I noticed that when Scrypt-n port switching to EXE coin all 3 stratum servers become unavailable for several minutes.

10 times at an o'clock there servers fall off on both protocols. I tested week this pool.

merc - i understand these are some trade secrets for you; this is purely a suggestion if it isn't being implemented already.
merc you have the only scrypt-N multiport for the time being. In a month; that probably won't be the case. I sure do appreciate you providing this service right now.
what concerns me a bit is refreshing TMB frontend and noting which coins are being mined, then refreshing coinwarz and seeing some coins are actually worse than LTC.
a current example is ALF for some reason it's being mined and at no time has its profitability index ever overshadowed mining even straight LTC.
also merc is there a way on pool hashrate readout on top bar to split into (scrypt + scryptN) expression form factor, so we can see the split?
it'd be sort of stupid if 2GH/s pool rate is really 1.9G scrypt and barely just .1G scrypt-N
thanks man!

Why is VTC not a multiport anymore?

I have noticed VTC not being in the pool as well.
What i found really perplexing in the last 24hrs is the fact that the most profitable coin rarely seems to be mined.
An example would be about 12hrs ago, the most profitable coin was NET, for quite some time. (as per CoinWarz) instead we were regularly mining CSC: 3rd LEAST profitable at that time. We were mining NET for a short period when its profitability was similar to other coins, but as soon as it goes too high, we switch.
It seems that if a coin goes too high in profitability, it is switched to a coin in a lower threshold. As if to maintain the average daily payout, and ensures we don't have any 'lucky' days.
Perhaps the backend is mining the most profitable, then exchanging to a lower value coin for our BTC exhange, skimming the cream off the top...hmmm
CoinWarz has made some silly mistakes before (not recognizing reward halving etc), but something still does not seem right.
merc82: is this all part of your Prof-Algo? Or have i missed something?

I noticed this too. I also checked the difficulty and exchange rates, the info reported on coinwarz the past few days has been accurate. On that note, what are your guys current payouts per MH? I am thinking of returning. Depending.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/93497958/Capture.JPGI am running: Scrypt-N (1mh/s) 3x Radeon 280x 350kh/s each Scrypt (1mh/s) 1x Radeon 280x 720kh/s 1x Geforce GTX 660ti 320kh/s I swap these over occasionally. I need to make clear with my previous post that i am speculating, and is pure conjecture. I am sure there is a good reason for my observations, one possibility that comes to mind; perhaps it is a stability function built into algo to ensure we don't hop too much (thus loosing active shares) I am sure merc82 will clear this up.

This pool is rarely mining the most profitable coins.
In fact it seems to be perpetually mining the least profitable for both Scrypt and SCrypt-N
been mining SPA for ages now (very low on profitability list), and EXE has been on top for hours. It wont switch
Also seem to be mining CSC and 42 when they are at the bottom of the list.
It seems my observations may point to some shady business, or an inverted profitability algorithm!
It would also seem that this is not a concern for merc82, which would seem odd, considering the fact that the more profit we make, the more he makes. Unless he is diverting hash power to other coins, and making a profit that way.
I am sure merc82 is not willing to loose all the potential fees by mining the lowest profitability coins.
Be wary new users, i think something funny is going on here.
I hope to get some clarification, profitability aside, i do like this pool, and the Scrypt-N Switch

N-scypt pool atm is just a SPA miner. Scrypt pool is decent, but I was hoping for a good N-scrypt multipool. Is there any good alternative? Thanks inadvance

Should I be worried about my rejects / stale ratio even with a 90% WU rate? As the picture shows im at around 90% work utility with 7.4% rejects 2.52% stale so around 10% "rejects" total. Is this from constant pool hopping or totally normal. HELP!

^I'd say that's kind of high. There are a higher number of rejects for mine as well compared to most pools but the ratio is still .01% Hardware errors should be 0. Maybe tone down the thread concurrency or Intensity?

Somehow i think this pool is having issues or they are literally taking the money out of us, i had a total of unexchanged + exchanged btw = 0.045 and then suddenly i went to take a nap and i notice it dropped to 0.03, is there a clear explanation about this if not ill leave this mining pool today.

I also had that happen. I had around .21 then it jumped back to .15. Totally not cool, but I assume it is from trading at different values than the estimated amount.
Thanks, I will try and lower the TC and what not. See what the deal is. I was using someone else's settings for the exact GPU I have but didn't get close to the 515 kh/s 490 WU they had. Oh well

I would appreciate if whoever is running this pool would give us some answers. Everyone here would like some clarification and transparency regarding the legitimate issues and concerns that have been raised in the previous posts. It's been weeks since many of these issues were first raised and since then we have just been speculating. In the meantime if anyone could suggest some other n-scrypt multipools that allow auto exchange to be turned off that would be very helpful.
