I have had so many problems with this site. Please do not play here.

1) They are middle men. They get their odds from Cloudbet & Bet365, and then put an insane mark up on them. It is not uncommon to see baseball games with one team at +150 and the other at -650. Fraudulent.

2) The system is flawed. They told me that sometimes bets can be confirmed but still show to the user as "pending". Sporting events are rapidly changing - how are we supposed to properly bet if we don't know our bets have been confirmed?

3) They confirm bets when it is advantageous to them. They have all the power and control. When they see a bet come in, they can confirm it at whatever odds they want (if flexible odds selected). But, they often wait for the game situation to change and confirm the bets when it becomes clear that the bet you selected has a low chance of winning. This leaves the user completely in limbo, because you can't cancel a bet while it says "bet received - pending".

I'm well aware. I chose negotiate for my Fischer 5.6 bet (2 posts above), and look what happened.

In negotiate they search for other customer and if not available then they do this with less odds and some time they reject the bet its all happen

I placed a bet on Fischer (ATP Tennis) at 5.6, sent the .15 btc, and waited. Direct Bet received the btc, and the screen showed "Pending" and also "Open for additional betting". While waiting for my bet to be confirmed, I checked the odds, which were still 5.6. My bet should have been confirmed as soon as it was received.

Directbet support told me the odds were never at 5.6. Completely untrue. I ordered the bet at 5.6

The "Negotiate Odds" betting option allows you to obtain better odds for your bets, but if you set the minimum required odds too high, you might miss the bet.

You ordered this bet and requested a minimum odds of 5.6. When your bet was received, the odds were 4.1.

The odds then went up to 4.6. You had an option to lower the minimum required odds and get your bet confirmed but you elected to cancel the bet.

Per your request, your bet was then canceled and refunded and therefore no payout is due.

In the future, if you'd like your bet to always confirm at the best available odds by the time it is received, use the "Flexible Odds" betting option instead of negotiating better odds.

If you make a negotiate bet, a certain odd is automatically filled in. If you don't change that odd, your bet will be confirmed at that filled in odd.

My guess is that the 5.6 automatically was filled in.

When you select the "Negotiate Odds" betting option, by default, the minimum odds are set to the current odds, and you have an option to change it.

In this bet you didn't change it and so the minimum odds were set to 5.6

This bet was placed in-play. By the time your bet transfer was received, the odds were reduced to 4.6 due to developments in the game.

You had an option to lower the minimum required odds and get your bet confirmed but you elected to cancel the bet.

They confirm bets when it is advantageous to them. They have all the power and control. When they see a bet come in, they can confirm it at whatever odds they want (if flexible odds selected).

When you use the "Flexible Odds" betting option we confirm your bet at the current available odds. As soon as we receive your bet transfer, we immediately make a single inquiry to the current odds, and these odds are set as the confirmed odds for the bet. Most of the times, if you send out the bet immediately, the odds will be the same as they were by the time you ordered the bet, but in other times the odds might be higher or lower.

What you are claiming here is not true. If you like, I can show you dozens of your bets where the confirmed odds were much higher than the odds were at the time that you ordered the bet. This will demonstrate to you that we confirm bets in a fairly manner.
