We took your banner down that was paying 1% and you got mad.
It all started when I went over the list of your ratings criteria, one by one, and proved that in each and every category we are as good or better than Anonibet, your top rated Bitcoin Sportsbook. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=448302.msg6137493#msg6137493And so I honestly asked you why did you rate us lower ? Just a few hours later you "suddenly" changed the ratings criteria !!! so that Anonibet can be the only Bitcoin Sportsbook with a rating of A and they were also granted the max possible rating of A, on top of all other books. Our rating on the other hand was reduced to C. That is when it became obvious that your ratings guide is a disguised paid advertisement for Anonibet. As far as I know firm bets cannot be canceled.
My suggestion on how your delayed bet transfers can be canceled is also applicable to those of you who are using the 'Firm Odds' betting option because selecting 'Negotiate Odds' and setting the minimum odds to the current odds is equivalent to selecting the 'Firm Odds' option. The only difference is that you will have an option to cancel the bet when your transfer arrives.

Directbet- Firm odds and negotiable odds aren't equivalent as you are saying. Firm odds is how most sportsbooks work. Negotiable is the same as putting up an offer on an exchange. If I want negotiable odds then I'll go to an exchange where the hold is lower.
I don't want to guess on the odds that I'm getting or leave a bet up. The game changes and the odds should change along with it. Firm odds are the best with immediate confirmation or rejection. You are the only book that can't guarantee an immediate confirmation. Bets may stay up for hours without the possibility of us canceling.

Directbet- Firm odds and negotiable odds aren't equivalent as you are saying.
If you select "Negotiate Odds" and set the minimum required odds to the current quoted odds, it is equivalent to "Firm Odds" and your bet will be confirmed at the current quoted odds or better, just like "Firm Odds" does. The only difference is that if by the time your transfer is received the odds reduces, "Firm Odds" will reject your bet immediately while "Negotiate Odds" will give you an option whether to cancel the bet or accept lower odds. You are the only book that can't guarantee an immediate confirmation. Bets may stay up for hours without the possibility of us canceling. That's not true. You can deposit first and get immediate confirmation just like you can in a regular deposit book. I'm afraid you did not understand how to do it. Please read it again and let me know if you need further clarifications : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=393147.msg7708830#msg7708830

It recently happened to me with a 7 minute wait. It happened to others too. This doesn't happen with any other book.

You can still get immediate confirmation. You have two options : 1) Use the official Bitcoin Core client instead of a 3rd party wallet. You will not encounter these delays when using the official wallet. Your bet will arrive and confirm instantly. 2) Make an advanced deposit first just like you do with other deposit books by using "Negotiate Odds" and setting the odds to 1000 decimal (unrealistic odds so that your bet will never confirm), then once your transfer is arrived you can get it confirmed instantly at the current odds whenever you like or withdraw it.

Your wallet just had a 3 minute delay with a player. The wallet that we use may not be good enough. Your book is great for players that are unfunded elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend betting a substantial amount of money because of your software flaws.

I'm wondering if you guys can add something to the community, Right now, We can't see what odds we chose on the parlay slip after we confirm the bet.. it just shows the name of the team we bet. Was wondering if you can put odds next to the name on a parlay slip.. Thanks

After your Toto ~ Parlay bet is confirmed, the Bet Status page will tell you the confirmed odds for your parlay slip. It's on the right box under "Confirmed Odds : XXX". Or perhaps you are looking to see the confirmed odds of each individual selection in the parlay slip, which were used to constitute the total odds ? If that's what you meant, can you please share what use do you have for that ?

Yes this is exactly what I meant, It's just useful to know the odds incase I forgot and because they tend to change during live betting, so its good to know what odds I had before.
