Does anyone know a method of using Bter without creating several support tickets and ripping out half your hair everytime you want to send some funds?  Huh

What's going on with BTER? What are you trying to do that isn't working ... ?

Why do I need to prime an account and how does it work? I have some BTC in one of my addresses, but it seems it´s not enough. How much do I need? Do I need to prime an account to use the exchange?

When you sweep, the address From Which you are sweeping must have a 'confirmed' balance of at least 0.0005 but I would do 0.001 just to be sure.

I had more on that account, but the account I am having the XCPs on now is not prime-d. What is this prime thing? How can I prime an account?

TL;DR Priming is the process where you send to yourself, small amounts of Bitcoin. This helps to make faster XCP transactions (without waiting for change).

For every XCP transaction, you need to pay Bitcoin miner fees. This is typically 0.0005 BTC. For example if you have 1.0005 BTC in your account. 1 BTC will be sent back to you, while 0.0005 will be paid as miner fees. However, you might need to wait for the 1 BTC to return back to your account (1 confirmation). To avoid this priming is used, where you send small amounts of BTC to yourself (0.0005 etc...), this will ensure that you have small change ready for miner fees and do not need to wait for change to return back to you.

Thank you!

Cool. A big chunk of these are asset issuances too, I think people are taking advantage of the lower fees.

Highest number of tx per day so far. After burnt period we were around 50 and declining to 20 recently until today, with a few exceptions of poloniex / bter supports but we never had a day more than 150 tx if I have it right.

Cancelling in for orders with at least one confirmation, and with zero fees, it takes a long time to get that.

This helps to make faster XCP transactions (without waiting for change).

Sorry for repeating myself, but this is a misbelief. Or let me rephrase: it's only an issue, because the XCP wallets don't use unconfirmed inputs.

But you actually don't need to do this. Using the output of a freshly created transaction and the chaining of unconfirmed transactions has the same effect, no delay and doesn't create so many entries in the UTXO set.

The only potential grey case is a break of the chain due to malleability. But with the latest changes this shouldn't be an issue at all.

Isn't this going to be a problem if one of the links in the chain is not mined for some reason or other?
